No prep rc cashdays - thrills, spills and some close racing!!

Its been over a year since I have been to a nprc cash day event and I forgot how much I miss hanging out with this top group of blokes, basically having fun, testing, tuning and racing our drag cars together!
Even though I havent tested in such a long time, the Associated DR10m car im using with Tekin 4pole motor and castle esc is definitely a powerhouse combo..
I had to turn the power down as I found a lot of wheelspin, after I figured out my throttle speed settings on the 7PXr to help tame the power, she was hooking up and running well at the cost of being a bit slower than the other guys in Outlaw class.
Making a few consistent A to B passes got me through to the finals, to my surprise. Being a bit excited, I jumped the gun unfortunately and Russell deserved to win as his pass was lightning quick anyway, well done mate!
Congratulations also to the other class winners who were Mark and Kye, well done guys.
Thanks to all the guys helping to setup the event and giving out very useful advice to those needing some pointers and keeping NPRC in nsw firing on all cylinders..The guys must have even planned for Mr. Whippy to come and visit us with cold ice creams and slushees knowing how hot it was, lol, what a great way to finish off the day!!
