  • Ownerless House nº 01 was designed to be flexible and adaptable to different family dynamics. It occupies the entire width of a small urban lot measuring 10.6 by 20 meters. The absence of mandatory setbacks allowed for better spatial proportions and more concentrated external areas. The architecture integrates open and closed spaces, making use of natural light and creating a visual journey through careful design. The house is organized into two levels: social and service areas on the first level and private areas on the second. A central courtyard, surrounded by large glass panels, visually connects the internal spaces, while a continuous pergola provides shade and architectural charm. The entrance is marked by a visible concrete volume that defines the internal organization of the house, creating a harmonious transition between the spaces.
