A very interesting project. However, the layout could be improved. I don't like the fact that you trip over the table when you enter and then fall into the ‘pit with armchair’, for example.
I agree, I don’t see the point of that stepped down part of the entrance that is just an invitation to fall when you cross it. Also, as a wheelchair user, don’t see the poin of raising the bedrooms area by three steps. Their location and the beautiful way they re seen from the exterior does not need that height difference.
@@FranCarreira I think it has to do with the ceiling openings and the drainage of rainwater, but still. There should be a better solution. Maybe a smaller open area in the ceiling, just where the vegetation is.
