Instructor is not showing the part about pivoting on both feet as you turn. This is what makes it a pivot turn as distinguished from a step turn.
early in the lesson, she says "we're going to keep our feet planted" and then later "keeping our feet stuck on the ground" so that explains why it's a pivot turn
