That is all I eat, I've been that way for 40 yrs. I just caught 5 lg mouth bass, cleaning as I text this. I throw away the guts but I cook everything else, strain it and I have lots of fish broth, also I blend it for my dogs

When they mentioned Chico, that’s where we were at that they brought the people in from Paradise. I can’t go on about the stories they talked about Because I thought I had them under control, but I don’t really have 100% it affected me greatly. Already did, theirs a lot of plant based protein powder containing these chemicals. I haven't bought plant based in 10 years. Now just think of store bought fruits and vegetables

Let's be honest, whole foods are very expensive! But cooking from scratch even if it is rice and beans with some meat and maybe a salad ( I grow my own veggies) is way healthier than eating processed and fast foods.
