I'll give you prove go to Google and go to the scp wiki. Then search up Scp-3812 "A voice behind me" and then read or you could watch scp explained video about 3812but it doesn't really cover all but scp 3812 beats the weaver because although the weaver can make reality whatever he wants with being able to control physics and ect. 3812 can transend (I can't spell) through reality. For example let's say we have 10 layers. We are layer 7 and everything below we consider fiction and layer 8 and above are unknown to us. The weaver is binded to a layer like layer 7 but scp 3812 goes from layer 0 to to and endless amount. This means that he has inf potential. So that's why 3812 wins. Thank you for your time.
