Between 2000 and 2012, Mani' s at Matunga was my home. Morning and evening, breakfast and dinner, were invariably at Mani' s only. Later, I moved back to Chennai. Whenever, I visited Mumbai after 2012, the first stop was Mani' s. I fondly recall the tasty dishes and friendly waiters.All those waiters whim you showed in the video, were personally known to me.
Mani's is one of my fav . Particularly the matunga branch ( I worked near by ) . Very authentic tasty South food 👍😋😋 I would like them to speak in marathi also and add some marathi flavour in the menu items .Many of their clients are marathi and they like South food very much . So both should blend well. it's our karmabhoomi 🙏

First thing that strikes in My mind when I visit Mumbai/Matunga is Manis Lunch home. I visit Matunga just to have lunch there five years back. Though I could not understand Marathi ( I believe you have spoken in Marathi only), I was able to get the points right. Video was ultra good.

Superb place I have been to between March to June 1993 while doing indias first ever AFIH from prestigious central labour institute CLI BOMBAY ,I too can understand Marathi but not speak same .I am comfortable with Hindu as it has been my second language and medium to communicate for past 30 to 40 yrs ,all together I feel it's a nice place with nice people ,would like to go back there some time in the future when I visit Bombay kind rgds dr t m s prasad/panicker medical director s m memorial superspeciality centre sree bhavanmookambi st Germain rd north parur kerala india

First of all: since you are talking in Marathi (of course, I do understand the language), for the convenience of those who are not used to Malayalam Words, you should have mentioned the meaning in Marathi of the Malayalam Words you had used.
For instance: Sadhya means FEAST (I don't know the exact Marathi Word).
Side by side other advertisement also included?
The latest information is that they are opening one outlet (I used this word us because it's not a direct branch / franchise - that's what I was told) in Mulund West, where I stay.)
It is pronounced as sadhya and not saadhya…..and cooked rice is chorru, not chor…..there are so many more items in a traditional sadhya….this does no justice to it at all!

There two more Mani's as I know one in Sion and other in Matunga ( near Ruia college) are they still functioning? I used to eat there betwee 1976-1981,was a regular there.
