Good honest review! Beautiful strat! I just got my Fender CS GT-11 Strat from Sweetwater and while expensive, worth every penny - hard to put down! I had mine Plex'd with low action. I've never played a better guitar!
Great video! Strat sound so good. I m building a kit. I bought some 57/62 prewired pickguard american fender pickup and some locking tuners for it. Cant wait for it to be ready!

As a fellow person who appreciates the finer qualities of life (Ferrari, Omega, and beautiful made guitars) I would love to see a video on your take of todays import market. Guitars such as PRS SE, Fender Japan/ Mexico, Epiphones etc etc and how you feel they compare to our USA originals. We need more fresh unbiased views on our gear channels. Take care Marco!
Great strat and a very informative video. One thing I've noticed at the 11:00'th minute into the video (when you're doing the nut close up) is that the nut grooves seem to be a bit out of alignment: there's an extensive space between the low E string and the edge of the fretboard whereas that same space is much narrower on the high E side of things. I've had the same issue on my Ultra strat and I'd be curious to know if this is might be by design 🤔
The neck is for me far from a 59 lespaul ….. is super thin on mine … you said yours is like 59’ …. I try couple of late 62 at the store and they have all small neck ??
My 59 Custom Shop Strat won’t stay in tune at all. The G and B strings will go out even without bending. I’ve checked the nut slots, lubricated them with Big Bends, adjusted the bridge and lubricated there. The neck relief is good, action is good. I have no idea what the deal is. It’s a piece of trash. I will never own another Fender Custom Shop guitar.

Turns out the guy is a piece of work regardless of his incredibly absurd concept for representing an iconic company. I can guarantee you Leo would not put up with an employee giving the company a bad name.

Yeah my neck is nowhere near thin. Thick as hell as it should be. Late 62 Strats didn't have thin necks.

i have never seen this...bring it to a good tech...all my cs strats teles etc stay in amazing tune
