Indian challenger VS Indian Pursuit. In this video, I compare the challenger with the Pursuit and discuss what some of the differences are. If you're not able to catch all 8 here are the differences we have on the Pursuit. The obvious ones are the trunk and lower fairings, double the watts on the 200-watt premium sound system with Bluetooth, available heated seats on 2 of the 4 pursuit models, heated handlebar grips, adjustable passenger floorboards, electronically adjustable rear suspension from the handlebar cluster and the vehicle locator. Honorable mention that all Pursuit models come equipped with remote locking saddlebags, as does the top-of-the-line Challenger Dark Horse. I also go over some other specs like Price, Engine Size, Features, height, length-weight, storage, etc. from the base models to the premium packages. A great video. I turned my 2021 Chieftain into a Roadmaster. To buy the engine guard to mount the fairing lowers. Then add the fairing lowers. Then add the trunk. The mounting hardware. The trunk speakers. Upgrade the fairing speakers. The trunk rack. All of It was well over $5k. So the price difference between the Challenger and the Pursuit is about right.

The "smart lean technology" replaces the traction control. It is lean angle sensitive It is actually a huge step up and tied into the ABS so that if you run hot into a corner and find gravel on the road you might recover with the computer making the adjustments as you "straighten up and fly right".

The vehicle locator is standard with the navigation system, it is on the dark horse and limited challenger.

That trunk mounted antenna is going to be an issue when you go to remove trunk for bagger look. No radio signal!!!

I'm wondering if a wire runs through the truck with a wire extension. Then ypu could reattach the antenna to the base. If I thought of it, hopefully the engineers did

I've been seeing the trunk for a while now, it's been offered for the challenger for a while and It's just ugly. The bike looks new in it's aesthetic and the trunk looks like it's trying to be like a 50's vibe. I'd be curious about the locator, I know with cars they tend to broadcast through the antenna so smart thieves just cut it off before they steal it. If Indian is doing the same there's a fair chance it's mostly useless

The updated lower fairings. Is a plus for the Pursuit. And the trunk should be restyled to keep the same design theme. They cheaped out on that.

Because the Challenger is a premium product and does not want to cater to second rate Android systems would be my guess. Now that is how Aussies take the piss. (In actual fact I think that Android is so susceptible to viruses that it could potentially infect your CPU if you connect it. The last thing you need is for traction control and ABS to shut down because a virus corrupted the bike). Remember that this is throttle by wire. If your phone gets a virus it is an inconvenience, if your bike accelerates at full throttle in 1st gear with traction control and ABS disabled, not good.

@The Centaur the reason alot of companies don't have Android options is because there are too many variations of their operating systems so updating would be a nightmare. Apple just has a handful. That would be my guess. The thing about the viruses I would say doesn’t apply here as you are not hooked up to the internet nor 3g-5g etc. So there's no way to get anything on to it
