    I’ve been rebounding for two months, my legs and stomach are shrinking. I am getting rock hard muscles all over. I am not going to stop. I jump from 20 min to 30 a day ! I love it

    Rebounding has given me more energy, people are commenting how much energy I have (even at the end if the day). I have noticed a reduction in cellulite, I sleep well and feel rejuvenated in the morning....... The list goes on.
    I know that there is a caution "dont rebound if you have lower back pain and sciatica however I have found that this has actually helped me and given me relief. I understand that everyone is different and I accept the precautions and agree that one must consult with your Medical practitioner.
    Happy bouncing 🎉

      Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm sure it will help a ton of people decide. There's been a lot of false marketing around rebounding, but honestly they're a great tool if you use them right. I also bought a rebounder for my kid because I thought it would be fun and ended up using it effectively for cardiovascular health and toning :)

      It's only a pleasure.
      One just needs to try it out and see what it does for them. Start slowly and then work your way up. The results are phenomenal. In addition, this year, I didn't get my "usual" sinusitis problems....what did I do differently....... I started to do rebounding

    I do a 10 min routine 7 mornings a week, following a girl on YT, with my iPad propped on my dresser drawer, close enough to restart from the 2 ads that pop up. Additionally 3 mornings, after rebounding, I lift weights. The other 4 mornings I rebound later in the day maybe doing 100 j jacks or a 2 mile walk at 4 MPH at times.

    I’ve been a trampoline lover since I was a kid. It always just relaxed me like a baby jumper. In my adult years with my mini trampoline though I never really used it as a workout tool. I’d just put some tunes in and bounce until I got a little tired and than stop and sit down and catch my breath. Maybe have a couple beer while I’m doing it 😂. But doing these rebound workouts I’ve gotten into a lot better shape.

    • @Fitnessdy
      @Fitnessdy  Рік тому +1

      Yes, rebounding leverages the myotatic reflex. So each time you jump and extend your muscles, you obtain a stronger contraction. Plus, the cardiovascular effects are 100% wow :)

    Fat loss has very little to do with exercise. Yes, it can certainly help, but the vast majority is what you eat. Fat loss is also mostly hormonal, not about calories. You want to lower your insulin enough that your body will burn fat. If it’s too high, it is literally impossible to burn fat. Stop counting calories and eat the right foods (mostly animal protein and the fat that comes with it - a fatty ribeye is perfect) until you feel full.

    • @Fitnessdy
      @Fitnessdy  9 місяців тому +12

      That's a great perspective, I agree at least 90% with it. However, exercise also helps build muscle mass, which is essential for hormonal health. Cardiovascular fitness is also great for regulating hormones, including dopamine, serotonin, and cortisol. Cortisol also influences insulin + other hunger-related hormones and, therefore, weight management. It's all connected 😃

      My physical therapist said it is good to use a trampoline for a weak back but if you have an already strained back it can seriously injure you if you use the trampoline. I had to do 12 weeks of back strengthening and stretching before getting the green light to use one.

      It will throw up anything that you need to pay attention to, it is that effective, go slow, any pain anywhere rest, give the body time to repair, you have highlighted it, your body will do the rest, notice, rest. Don’t give up.

      I too felt backstrain after using the rebounder. I have a big belly which is more than likely the original cause of my sciatica which was there long before I rebounded. I'm currently reducing thru diet & walking & lifting weights. Once I'm lighter & stronger, I will go back to rebounding, but I will do short intervals (10-15 mins)

    Once you lose it keep it off. Do not be like some Hollywood clowns who lose, gain, lose for “roles”. I submit the greatest “role” in life is living, and doing that foolishness will decrease your chances of winning. If you lost weight you KNOW HOW TO DO IT SO KEEP IT OFF. Once off twinkies, STAY OFF TWINKIES.

    • @Fitnessdy
      @Fitnessdy  3 місяці тому

      Exactly! The key to keeping weight off is making healthy eating and exercise a lifestyle, not just a short-term fix to get a "summer body" or lose weight after the holidays. Fad diets might work, but only temporarily. Focus on balanced meals, exercise/ movement that you love, and aim for consistency. Instead of extreme restrictions, find healthy alternatives you can stick with long-term. It's all about progress, not perfection! 🌟

      I’ve tried so many exercises, including gentle walking, hopping/bouncing as if I were jumping rope, and regular and recumbent bike. If I can shed another 40 lbs those might work for me, but rebounding is the only thing that doesn’t aggravate my knees, ankles, hips or SI joint. I don’t do it every day, but I think it’s amazing…without fail 7-10 minutes results in a wonderfully sound sleep and a “mobile tomorrow.” I have the bungee type but not the expensive kind and I absolutely LOVE it.
