My Self-Love Journey | How I Learned to Love Myself

The story of how I learned to love myself. What a journey it has been, and its ever progressing. I wasn’t sure I’d ever share any of this but my intention with this video was authenticity and vulnerability. What younger Mahna would have needed to hear when she was at her lowest point.
So what was the journey like - How do I fall In love with myself? How do I love myself? How can I experience self love, self esteem, confidence, growth, abundance, flow? I share what helped me along the way on my journey to get here, and while I may not share all the answers here, I will share more in upcoming videos about what helped ME overcome the fear brain and limiting beliefs I had.

This is very well said! I really enjoyed listening to this. I have been learning more and more myself about trusting my own instincts and only choosing to do things which helps me out the most. There's still a lot of work I have to do, but I am taking one step at at time with this. I feel that being the best me and loving myself to the fullest will help spread love to everyone else!
