At 5:37 , how crushing is that when you catch him at the perfect time, get in so deep, shelf and elevate, anticipate the roll perfectly, and still don’t score. Not only that, but you give up another takedown with 4 seconds left in the 2nd. Wooooow, There’s no moral wins there, just lessons. Carter is so special, I don’t know how anyone else get’s the Hodge. Sure he’s missed time but when he’s getting bonus point on every opponent , ya gotta give it up. 🙏🏼
@@Jlundeen You’re absolutely correct. He’s wrestled more and been just as dominant. It’ll be interesting but it definitely goes to a Penn State Wrestler. 🙏🏼
He did complain a few weeks ago, that he hasn’t wrestled as many matches as he would like to. I’m not sure what the Penn State schedule was like this season, but I don’t recall them wrestling a too many tournaments. He said he needs the mat time. He looked exhausted in the third period and gave up that stall point at the end.
Thé other schools are going to have become technically better in every position if théy are to catch PSU. One way to start is to just vidéo thé best PSU guys and copy their techniques in some positions.
First off, do you think Carter is afraid to wrestle anyone….He destroyed Lewis at the all star classic….Which those matches don’t count, so the PSU guys that went risked their health for a match that didn’t count….Lastly, do you think the wrestlers choose when he’s wrestling over the coach choosing? It’s the coach….Re-Think ur theory.

Not sure why Carter would have the edge over Brooks for Hodge, but yeah it'll likely be one of the two of them.
Don’t count out Kerk….Im not certain anyone in the nation has fewer points scored on him than Kerk.

I thought Kennedy gave Starocci a respectable match. 13-5 is a major decision but Kennedy did pretty good for a non AA against a 3 time NCAA champion.
Is it Carter or Brooks that has one year left of eligibility left for next year?
Carter
@@scottragan1240 Scott- Thanks... I hope he sticks around for title # 5.
Starocci appeared tired later in the match - 3rd period.
