Fact: I was diagnosed with dyslexia but I never let that stop me from pursuing my dreams. Now I am a writer and a reader and I strive to be the best I can be. Thank you for sharing! I really enjoyed getting to know you better.
Emma, this is the first video of yours I've seen. I came over from Jesse's channel. I really enjoyed hearing about you. It's neat the way you picked little, quirky things, the not-so-obvious, to talk about. You seem like a very thoughtful and reflective person. I can so relate to the needing alone time every day. I'm an INFP on the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, and -- while I love my friends and family -- I cherish my time alone. I can also relate to getting something accomplished early in the day and how it sets the tone for the rest of the day. RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME: I collect Tarot decks and have been reading Tarot since I was 16. I love the artwork, the way a Tarot deck is like visiting a museum with 78 paintings to enjoy. I don't use them to "tell fortunes," but rather for personal reflection and perspective. I mostly read for myself, family, friends, and a few close online friends. I would never charge money for a reading . A certain combination of cards can make me look at a situation from a different angle. I find that very insightful. They're also wonderful for creative writing / storytelling. One of my favorite things to do with a Tarot deck is to read for one of the characters in the books I'm reading. It's a great way to develop my analytical skills as a reader and also gives me insight into the characters. Thanks again for the video!! :)
I also think about certain things in colors; for me every day of the week has a color, and months too. it's nice to know that there are more people thinking the same way (: a fact about me: I really enjoy cross stitching. I find it very relaxing.
First of all, I️ love that you want to be fluent in sign language! I️ completely agree with you on it being the most beautiful way to communicate. I’m currently on level 2 learning it at my school, I️ love it dearly. A fact about me is that my mom is probably my best friend.
I really need alone time, too. Whenever I have to spend too much prolonged time surrounded by other people, my mental health goes haywire. Loved this video!
Hello! First off, I loved learning more about you - all of your facts were so interesting! My fact: I am just as shy online as I am in real life. I know some people feel a lot more free to express themselves on the internet, but that's never something I've really experienced.
I️ loved this video! I’m really glad to hear that you are so happy this year, it makes me happy to know that you are living your best life. One fun fact about myself is that I️ get excited for school and for big assignments and difficult classes. The more difficult an assignment, the more enjoyment I️ get from it. It seems a bit opposite than it should be, and I’m still a bit confused as to why I️ enjoy them so much, but it helps me get through the assignments so I’m not complaining.
This was such a nice, peaceful video :) My fact: when I am in a new city, I always try to walk random streets and get lost. I just love the process of finding myself again and discovering the hidden gems of the place.
Love This Video Fact About Me - I have been to all of the States except for Texas. I have been to one Foreign Country and it’s Israel. I was there for Two weeks and I loved it. I have had 60 broken Bones since I was born and two broken Bones prior to me being born due to my Bone Condition that I have. Have A Beautiful Day 📖📚🍁🍂🐿
I have been watching BookTube since I was a sophomore in high school. I stumbled across it in study hall one day and became hooked. I'm now 13 years into watching BookTube. Great video, Emma.
Love the fact about your interest in becoming fluent in sign language, I know a few thing thanks to some apps I had downloaded but I would like to like learn in a more "formal" way. I also have the same problem about people guessing my age, for me is the opposite, they think I'm younger haha. Fact about me: I'm very sensible and sometimes that annoys me, I cry very easily or get emotional really fast. In Mexico (I'm from Mexico) they say "tienes corazon de pollo" wich literally means "you have a chicken heart" as a term to describe someone who is sensitive.
I'm actually majoring in sign language! I'm so happy that you want to be fluent in it. My future goal is to be an interpreter and to work with hard of hearing/ deaf people. They're so fun to talk to and I actually met a couple close friends because of it! I agree that it's such a beautiful language. It's so visual and fun, it also helped me with facial expressions, contrary to popular belief, haha.
Air planes are the most creative of spaces! - For me too at least. Also I love your hair! And a fact about me, aside from the fact I desperately want to start a book tube channel, is that I really love flags!
I think I understand the thing about colors! I don't have synesthesia (is that how you write it?), but I think we kinda feel the same. For me every color gives me some sort of emotion (which I can't explain) & everything is connected to a color. For example: number 19 feels like dark green/mud green/brownish, but I can't explain why, it has just always felt like that. Just as number six; it's bright orange. For almost every number I feel a different color. One of my best friends feels like purple, but I can't explain why. Summer feels like black & white & orange. It's not really synesthesia since I can't see the colors. I just feel them? Idk if that is what you were talking about but it's so hard to explain 😅
Yes that's exactly what I mean!! It is difficult to explain haha. It's like there's a color that goes with everything (seasons, people, numbers) but it's not exactly logical as to why!
Aww such a cute video. Fact about me is that since I graduated from high school (8 years ago) I have moved to different country five times but the one I live in now is such home that I hope I will never again feel the need to move :)
I just discovered your channel, and wow! We have so many things in common. I love flying as well, and I can never understand why people think it to be a hindrance. I just love looking at the clouds and thinking about so many lovely things. This is probably why I also like long car rides too.
1 fact about me: Like you, I never left my oountry (Argentina) but I was able to travel all over my country, each on of the 23 provinces that we have :) I loved the vid!!
I’m going to list a few facts because picking just one was too hard. I’m studying to become a teacher and I want to work as a focus with dyslexic students.Jimin is my bias. ~~INFJ & slytherin~~And my favorite meal to sit down and enjoy quiet time with is breakfast. My best days occur when it isn’t rushed.
you should definitely look into ASL if you think you'd be passionate about it! I took ASL all during high school and live near a deaf/blind school and there's definitely room for interpreters or ASL teachers in the Deaf community. it's a great language
i dont know if you've read red sparrow but dominika aka the main character has the same color-problem-or-not-a-problem thing as you, actually is a little bit different but i think you'd enjoy the reading
Nice to meet you. My random fact is I have two modes when getting to know new people: Extremely closed up and paranoid and almost non sensory verbal person, I will say almost anything. With or without a filter.
Great video, Emma! ❤ A random fact about me is that when I lived in Irkutsk (Siberia), I never went to Mongolia. Even though it was less than a 10-hour drive to the border (and only 22h,38m by train to Ulaanbaatar, the capital). 😢😭
hi :) I absolutely love your videos and have been binging them (hence the late reply). I find it incredible how similar we are (including that my best friend and I are different and she’s doing engineering but we have always made it work, I’m also an INFJ and value alone time, creative pursuits and am often mistaken to be older than I am, and I have synesthesia!) I just wanted to let you know that what you have is definitely a form of grapheme-colour synesthesia. I have the same form but a bit heightened because I have it for almost everything (e.g almost everything has a colour). I doesn’t matter that you can’t physically see it, that just makes you an ‘associator’ rather than a ‘projector’. If you have time you can test it on The Synesthesia Battery online! It’s about as close as we synesthetes can get to an official diagnosis! Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for your amazing content and will continue obsessing over your beautiful instagram profile :)
Hello! I loved the video :) 1 fact about me: sometimes there is some food that I start to like a lot and I want to eat that everyday, so I eat that for a while until I don't even want to see that in front of me anymore hahaha :)
Lovely video. So cool. My fact: Film and books plots that others find predictable and therefore boring, I also find predictable but therefore reassuring. Not to say that I don't read and watch some wildly unpredictable stories.
Lovely to know about you better, a fact about me: I hated reading until I was 11 and a classmate told about the book she was reading at the moment (Harry Potter) and I said it was stupid to read something that wasn´t real, she told me to read it first and then talk, wich I did and then couldn´t stop reading, now I love everithing that has some magic in it
Love the video! I feel ya on onr guessing your age correctly. XD One random fact about me: I love (obsess) over the Princess Bride so much to the point if I ever get married I want to have a Princess Bride themed wedding and be proposed to with a plain silver/white gold band with 'As you wish' etched on the inside.
I loved your video. I always love your videos to be honest. They are calming and help me a lot when college is too much. One fact about me: I never know what so say about me.
When I took the Hogwarts sorting hat quiz I kept going between Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Hufflepuff. I took the test multiple times and kept getting them equally; so much time was lost taking that quiz lol. On the 25th time I decided "whichever house I get I will accept as my house" and stated so to my fiance. He was hoping Ravenclaw so we could be in the same house. It came up as Hufflepuff so I've been a proud member of #HufflepuffHouse for almost a year and a half.
I love this video soo much, you are so lovely and precious! Thank you for telling us 25 facts about you. The background is so peaceful and dreamy and even Sebastian was present :)
I would love to learn sign language as well but it sucks that like "normal" languages they are different in every country because as a kid I hoped that by learning how to sign I'll be able to communicate with people all over the world :P
Question: how the hell does one eat salad with chopsticks??!! Adkahdkks eating with chopsticks is the hardest thing or im just doing it wrong lol. "I would smile at them and then punch them in the face" bahahah remind me to never piss you off 😂. Sign language is amazing 🌟 I hope you get a chance to learn it 😊. Actually I remember I was so shook when you told me you were a year younger than me I thought you were older 😂. Okay one random fact about me is that my actual name is not Anthi , Anthi is a nickname but it's what everyone calls me tho bc my actual name is very hard to pronounce so people don't even try lol 😂 Anthi is the greek translation of my real name tho and it means blossom 🙈
"i would smile at them and then punch them in the face" i just died laughing hahaha
ahaha the poor green belts would look at me like O_o
A fact about me: I have a sister who has the gentlest soul I've ever encountered
fact: my brother is the most loving person I know
: )
Also to the person who asked if it was me, I don't know what happened to your comment, but yes I'm Emma's brother, and you're very sweet : )
Fact: I was diagnosed with dyslexia but I never let that stop me from pursuing my dreams. Now I am a writer and a reader and I strive to be the best I can be.
Thank you for sharing! I really enjoyed getting to know you better.
You see the world through colours, that's very beautiful.
Listening to you makes me so calm somehow..
I'm so glad :)

Btw where I live it's normal to eat rice using a spoon or your hand but it's not normal using any other utensils.
I also think about certain things in colors; for me every day of the week has a color, and months too. it's nice to know that there are more people thinking the same way (:
a fact about me: I really enjoy cross stitching. I find it very relaxing.
I agree so much to the 12th fact: I also really don't like smalltalk, it often seems to be nonsense and than people think I'm shy
First of all, I️ love that you want to be fluent in sign language! I️ completely agree with you on it being the most beautiful way to communicate. I’m currently on level 2 learning it at my school, I️ love it dearly. A fact about me is that my mom is probably my best friend.
