That's a gift from God when you can quote the Bible without reading it. He gives the scripture for the people to read. As long as he's preaching the truth what difference does it make. I have that gift as well. You have to study in order to be able to quote scriptures. Everybody doesn't have that gift. He's just exercising his gift. If you don't use it you'll lose it.
