  • Now it's time for Thigh Fitness. Sit on the front half of the seat, bend your knees at right angles, straighten your upper body, lift one leg alternately, and tap the raised thigh five times with the opposite hand. Repeat 15 to 25 times, and you'll already feel your legs being activated.
