I have been watching an entire marathon of Jiminey Glick interviews hoping to catch the one with Janeane Garofalo and it turned out to be so short. I’m a little bit bummed about that but then I can never get enough of Martin Short as Glick. I never saw his show when it was new and now I know what I have been missing. Comedic genius is all I can say about it. I wish he’d interviewed Bette Midler, though.
Happy to help! I’ve been down that YT Jiminy Glick rabbit hole, and it’s a laugh riot. I recommend this Official Best Of Primetime Glick DVD. These are the full episodes, DVD quality. Episode 1: Dennis Miller & Jerry Seinfeld Episode 2: Conan O'Brien & Eugene Levy Episode 3: Darrell Hammond as Vice President Dick Chaney & Kathie Lee Gifford Episode 4: Janeane Garofalo & John Salley Episode 5: Bill Maher & Steve Martin Link: www.amazon.com/Best-Primetime-Glick-Martin-Short/dp/B00008XRYS
Janeane Garofalo is right 15:37 to 16:30 about not being Gen X. I didn't believe it, so I looked it up. Born September 28, 1964 (Wikipedia), Janeane is among the youngest baby boomers and three months older than the oldest Gen Xer.
“Did you call me a kettle?” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Jan Hooks breaks up as soon as she looks at him at 6:08. She was as pro as they come; so that's saying a lot about Martin Short.
Jan Hooks was a brilliant comic actress. She is hilarious as Glick's wife.
uh.. Aint that Martin?
‘Sticky Glick’ is so sharp! 😀
Jan Hooks was an amazing actress. RIP lovely lady.
Agreed.
Gone too soon!
Jan Hooks was a treasure.
And just like treasure, she’s buried.
(Couldn’t help it… I’m sick)
John Salley volleyed amazingly and better than many comics who were guests
Martin Short is a comedic genius! The makeup used to create Jimminy must have cost a fortune in money and time.

Just realized Dixie is Jennas mother on 30 rock!
Jan Hooks. Great comedic actress from SNL
Dixie led two lives! What a uterus that woman has.
I’ve never seen Dixie before. I always thought she would be a blonde.
Tommy Lee Jones impersonation ... BRILLIANTLY SHORT!!
17:08 - best bust out
It must be nice to have an exercise routine taught by the lovely, busty Jane Pauley.
