What a nice job What application to make client see or play this walktrough as realtime/vr? Are there any tutorials how did unreal engine 4 packing the project?
On second thoughts this looks like a mouse driven "play" of the house as a walk through. Seeing the pop ups for changing room surfaces etc and direction buttons, so I assume an UE4 rendering? Thanks Laurie
Great work! 1. What FoV do you use for the camera and is the building to scale for this? for me doorways and corridors seem to narrow because fo the FoV. 2. Any suggestion where i could find a guide on how to do the interaction menus for changing the textures like you did?
Really great work I have to say, Just a few questions tho, Did you have to re-texture all those 3d assets in Unreal? and create lightmaps for each? what's the best online resource to learn unreal engine for Archviz? I really want to learn and don't mind paying for it.
Overall the project is looking good but in starting in gathering area very hard light leakage was there, u can fix that, and (ha ha ha) what that small center table was doing in center of the gathering area near the table. 04:01 what that hard warm light was doing and one cut was also there in the video, mirror reflection was not good, you should have used scene capture cube to create mirror reflection, that give very realistic and sharp reflection. Few objects are emitting lights on the walls and at some places lights are very sharp. The billiard table was looking small, wood in the bar area is looking flat, no reflection. Door is visible from the theatre door frame. It looks like that the character height is more than 6 ft, few objects were looking out of scale or small. Ha ha ha, I did the QA of this project. Overall nice attempt, can improve more.
+3D VUE that looks so realistic! seriously this is the best thing I've ever seen! do you have a project download? cause i wouldn't mind using this i will credit u if u need me to. thx
Hi there this is brilliant work i wanted to know if this software can be used with revit and if i wanted to learn this software where would i find the resources.
Hi there SleepingSquirrelStudios! We worked on this visualisation for about four months. Since this was our first UE4 viz, we had to learn the tool from scratch, hence why it took so long. But on average we advise clients that it takes between 3 to 5 weeks to complete a UE4 viz.
Yes indeed. Unreal is free for anything and Epic Games only want payment if you need an Enterprise License (extra help to a project, than what's already there) or if you sell it (and even then they only want 5% of your entire income). Thanks Rendy!
Very High Quality Design and Realistic Arch. Work.
Great works Amreet! Our design has come up well with our walk through. Looking forward to the building to complete to compare the both.
Thanks Dan! A beautifully designed home. Was a pleasure to visualise this home as a detailed walk through.

This is amazing, incredibly professional stuff.

Incredible!almost real!
Very much impressive. Great job.
Here I was thinking The Sims 4 had a realistic look, and then I discovered this awesome software. This is exquisite!!!!
crazy quality
Thanks Neurotyczny!
Ooh it's coolwait is my computer burning

We made all new models. Created new wireframe. Optimization was key here. And for each models we created 2 unwraps and textures
I wish I could have a mansion like this
It's so cool man
Hi,
This is simply cool. I am working for the same concept in India.. Can you help me out with the software you using?

Please please please ..Can you teach us how to do this, at least the basic components
I can

980m gpu on i7 cpu (workstation laptop)
Are you using ASUS
Do the clients end up getting a video only, or do they get the interactive "game" version where they can walk around?
Great work! Can it work on 90fps so you can use the HTC VIVE?
Hi Rob! Thanks! I get 60fps on my 980m GPU spec'd laptop. We have not tried a VR version of this viz so could not answer that question.
i think you should try the VR
your way advanced in these programs
we are waiting for your experience with the VR
Distraint 3D MUST BE LIKE THiS!!!!!!!
Are you using LOD models? The FPS looks pretty good despite all the meshes.
Only for the trees and grass.
Wow
Do you need a powerful computer to make this?
how can you mix 3ds max with UE4 plz i'm a beginner in ue4
Why don’t companies use this software to make games?? Or even just the technology?
this is actually brought to you by a "game engine",,, this video uploader used the "game" engine for arch purpose!.. so it's alreaedy in use in games
really impressive....but i just want to know how can i export model like this for oculus rift
music in videos??
That's awesome, how long did it take you?

3D VUE I've been learning UE4 myself for Arch Viz. It's proven to be really powerful. I hope to start freelancing soon, thanks for the quick reply!
Olá Também passei poraqui , gostei deixei o Like 👍 Show⚽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (São Paulo Brasil)
Can you give us any tutorials or videos to learn it PLEASE !!
ok sir
You should make this vr ready for the Oculus Rift cv1 (put it up the store there)
not for this viz. next one will have a VR version (hopefully released by end of month)
in what programme would you make the VR version? and can you export this onto Unity?
Very good job. I have only enough knowledge for unity. Unreal is unable to compile.
same, i lack the c++ experience and familiarity with unreal api to go about playing with it without letting a tutorial hold my hand the whole way
Do any of these visualizations work with VR headsets?
Hello, and great demo !!
Can you make a tutorial please ?
thanks and keep going ;)
Omg. How many hours of work did you need? 200? 300?
Where is the house like what city
É possível fazer um curso com a ViSÃO 3D?
people live in these mansions!?
Gym is missing !!
a little unnatural in the corner of the frame 0:20 , the light spreads.
This is for client? How much it cost?
Unfortunately i cant disclose pricing here. Lets just say it wasnt cheap :)
heh ok, at least tell me you put a cost per square metre, clock or an individual approach?)
this project was a pre-agreed set price. but otherwise we charge based on square meters.
3D VUE can you pm me the numbers? don't be afraid of competition, I am very far away ;)
Can you just share the details to my mail : balaji07vfx@outlook.com... I'm a beginner just to under the field.
GTA 6 graphics? xD
How long did this take you
Mouth is ajar... UNREAL.
the creation tool
What GPU do you use?
My pc would fucking disintegrate just by looking at the download link (if there was one)
Is unreal free for this?
