My pictures are printing black and white.. but i dont edit them? please help! ): the preview of the picture before i print them are in colour/ original photo.. so i dont know why when i print them they are black and white

What film is in your instax? Did you maybe put in the monochrome film inside instead of the regular, coloured film?

Have you ever had an issue when it's synced with the printer, theres a new pack in the instax but it says there's no film?

how do you know if it’s charging?

Plug in the usb charger. When it's fully charged a green light will light up on the front.
