Being 14 he knows how to drive already. He was very careful and watching slowly what he does driving. Good to have a great helper who wants to help out. Making extra money he can save up or spend it. He is willing to learn new stuff.
I agree with the rest with this young man, outstanding job on you both. I'd just make sure his parents are aware of him earning money, regardless of how little ...for his protection & guidance....

At first I thought why use a kid but then I thought well actually it's a great idea teach him the values of working and it keeps him from maybe getting in with the wrong crowds as long as his parents are good with him being on camera then hope to see more of him helping out and learning new things 😃❤
