From the very beginning, I sensed there was something greater out there - an energy, a truth or perhaps a deeper connection to the universe. This feeling stirred within me, pushing me toward a path that would allow me to explore it more fully. I didn’t know what form this journey would take but when I discovered KRIYA Yoga, it was as if the practice itself recognized that inner calling before I did. 2007 was when I solidly stepped on this path.
