    Little known fact. You can add a subwoofer by using an Apple AirPort Express and a RCA to 3.5mm cable. Enable it in "Temporary Audi Output". I have mine hooked up to a Klipsch R-12SW and it sounds fantastic!

      Hey, thank you for watching.
      Someone else was asking me something similar as well.
      It is kinda hard to showcase how the sound of the HomePods is via a smartphone camera or any camera for that matter because it would not be sounding the same, but in my own experience of having the HomePod 2nd Gen for the last 5 days, I do not have any complaints with the bass, spatial audio, or dolby atmos as the homepod balances out things perfectly. Based on where you setup, the homepod will adjust itself on how it delivers the sound to you. The only downside would be, if you have a big space, then the two HomePods might not be enough, you might end up needing more or a proper sound system.

    • @BASNYAT
      @BASNYAT  Рік тому

      The majority of the movies I have been watching are Dolby Vision and Atoms supported, and it sounds really immersive. Sadly, I can not show that here because of the copyright issues, as well as recording the sound of a speaker via a smartphone camera, which is not going to be the best as it would not capture the same experience. But Dolby Atmos, Spatial Audio, bass, etc. are all good.

      For my lounge, where the Apple TV is, it is not needed. Two homepods is more than enough to achieve a far greater sound based on what I have experience ever since owning these.
      What I would recommend is that for a bigger space, you would need to either get a massive surround sound system, or get more homepods, but that would solely depend on the layout of your home/lounge.
      Bass is good, spatial audio is good, and the dolby atmos is amazing as well so it was a good decision for me, and might be for others as well, as long as they factor in their space.

      When you are pairing two or more homepods, each is able to play its own audio channel, left or right whilst separating out both the ambient and direct energy.
      This also creates a spacious, three-dimensional sound effect for an enhanced listening experience from any spot in the room. When two HomePods are paired, it also increases bass extension, giving a more accurate representation of low frequencies with deeper sounds.
      When you set up home cinema audio with HomePod, you can enjoy an immersive soundstage for video content with Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital 7.1 or Dolby Digital 5.1 surround formats.
      The first part should answer your question, if not a visit to the nearest Apple Store should allow you to experience it before purchasing it as well 😊

With this setup, I cannot get the HomePods to independently play Apple Music. When I say, "Hey Siri, play (insert song here). She replies, playing (insert song here). Then after a few seconds, she declares there is a problem with Apple Music. I've spent hours on tech support with Apple, sending files to engineering, resetting, restoring, unpairing etc. If I turn on the TV and go to the Music app and play it works fine, just not with the TV off. This does not mean that the WiFi or wireless is bad, but if convenient, you should choose wisely.
