I logged on exactly at opening and the pink fenty blush was sold out. Both shades have been in out 100 times. People are still trying to snag. Refresh game for sure!!

OK, so you convinced me. I just subscribed for my second box with your link because I realize I was going to be spending so much with additional selections that I could at least save $39 by getting a second box. It’s three additional selections for the difference.

Hi . as I sat down after filming between the adding in the category and addons I was way over my monthly budget for myself..so had to really go in deep and start taking out...as you know far more wants than needs.. I chose the Towel in my PR it is Thin and 100% Cotton..hope you are able to keep us posting on the Tanning serum and lotion..as on some sites comments said it is smelly and that is always my concern as I do not like that certain type of scent in so many tanning products...
Thank you for the heads up on the Dr. Dennis Gross retinol pads. I would have been disappointed with the smaller box. I didn't have a lot of extra selections in the categories but my add on cart is crazy full. 🙈
I got all the swell containers. I could kick myself for not getting the matching water bottle
I got in immediately and got my choices and of course added some additional selections. Really excited about this box 😊

The Fenty blush sold out within five minutes of the start of customization, but since Kathrin was stealthy enough to snag it, it didn’t show up as sold out on her screen. It just simply dropped to the end of the customization list with a check mark identifying it as her choice. However, for those of us who were not as fast as Kathrin was, it shows up as unavailable. 😂
But it’s not over yet! Keep playing the refresh game and maybe you’ll get lucky!

That’s ok. It did the same thing to me this season in Customization 1. I snagged something that went out of stock early, and people on the forum were talking about it being unavailable… and I’m over here like, “What do you mean? It’s showing as available to me!”😂
Fenty blush must have sold out immediately after this.
I went through my choices only a couple of extras. My add-ons were pretty heavy.😮… and my subscriptions😂…. and my annual re-ups …Starbucks may miss me for the next month😅😊

I finally decided on my choices. 😂 Cat 1 - Cooler & Beauty Stat, Cat 2 - Amika S&C, Cat 3 - Travel Bag Duo, Cat 4 - Hair Clip, Cat 5 - Sleek Stick & Earth Harbor Serum & Cat 6 - Blue Dog Leash. The only add on is the Living Proof Dry Shampoo. I talked myself out of a lot! 😂
I used the sleek stick today with a high pony…loved it!!

I did rush also, I am going on Vaca on May 10 so hopefully they arrive before then :)
I was at work but able to sign on right away. Everything was available for me, but I’ve heard since then that people have not been able to add extra items. I still haven’t decided my final box - - I added a couple of extra items and almost every category! I will be dropping many of those are adding a second box. I just can’t decide!
I think many people add the extra items. I encourage everyone who couldn’t get what they want to continue checking back as we get closer many items pop in and out as people put them back?

I did a lot of doubles in my boxes (chafing powder, candle). I didn't add extra selections but I have $400 in add ons and that's just insane. It is mostly Christmas.
Oddly, I only saw maybe 3/4 of what you had covered in your videos in my choices. I got there right at 9am, and juuuust missed the Fenty blush. Because I was stunned that I didn't see the things I had written down for the previous choices!
I'll check back over the days to see what is put up, but I'm a bit peeved that my "spoiled choices" weren't even listed.
Interesting it was missing because it usually just says currently unavailable if it’s “sold out” at the time…

I could have sworn there was a throwback in Category 6 with the dHue(?) hair product but it disappeared. It is in the subscription category.

I logged in at 6:01 a.m. Hawaii time (we are 6 hours behind the East Coast) and NO Vacation perfume for choice 1 , which is what I wanted. It just didn’t show up AT ALL. Not sure why but it’s VERY Frustrating!!!
That is odd! I would get on chat and find out what went wrong!
@@kathrinmccarty6784 I did. The bot kept misunderstanding what I was asking so I said that I wanted to speak to a real person. Then I waited on hold forever and finally gave up because no one ever came online. I’m going to try again tomorrow.

I used your code to resubscribe after a 2 year break. This is the first box in 2 years that seems worth it to me. I did an annual sub after much deliberation. Waited too long to decide and the Vacation perfume is unavailable. Sad face. I do like all my choices but was really wanting to add that as an additional selection.
Be sure to keep checking back. People absolutely put items back and you might be able to snag it! It has happened with the blush a lot.

Does anybody know what happens if you skip a certain customization number and don't pick anything? There was one where I didn't want any of the options. TIA!!
I don’t know for sure but I imagine they just pick one and surprise you.
Thank you so much for responding!!! I love your videos!! I'm not sure where I heard it from, but I thought I remember hearing that if you don't choose, you can opt to have a credit instead. Maybe that info was not right?? 🙄
FFF picks for you. You can always choose mystery surprise. A lot of the time it's an item not shown.
