I'm glad this one isn't double size like the classics. That one to me always felt like it was much larger than it needed to be. The original was more short than it was anything. Perhaps it was wider but it's still fit the silhouette of the other figures. Anyway I agree with you it would be cool to have two of these want to display as the normal and one to have as the different head and armor options
Great-looking figure! I don’t really like the alternate heads all that much and that extra armor. Traditional for me all the way. Masterverse has been hitting it out of the park lately!
for me he-man has the same issue as batman where the rogues gallery is far more appealing. besides he-man i have no good guys in my collection. but im probably gonna get buzz off. maybe if i see ram man on the shelf i’ll change my mind. i do fondly remember having him as a kid, but it was the action feature i loved more than the design.
That's something that drives me wild... I loved these characters before the show ever was a thing. They were released as toys only. They had a back story in each mini-comic book, with Brillant art, and that was how they were creating the mythos of all of these characters and their histories. Ram man wasn't a buffoon when the toys came out. He was more like Gimli from Lord of the Rings. The Filmation show made him a doofus. He began as a solid, hard core, human battering ram... a warrior... not an idiot. But I understand... the Filmation show was created to sell the toys, that's it. So then, the show took over. Even He-man was more of a barbarian then Superman in furry undies..... Anyway... hope to find Ram-Man on the shelves. Found Whiplash and Clawful yesterday. They both are stellar figures. My only complaints are the price, but the fact so many aren't able to be found in stores. That was the fun of toy hunting.... going out to locations with an open mind.... and finding something, or nothing, or even better, finding something you never expected to. Thanks for this video!!!! Got my Ram Man from BBTS the other day. Absolutely love it. I appreciate that Mattel referenced the original button on the back of his right foot.
