Yes, absolutely as somebody who has a very very severe anxiety people yelling not only gives me PTSD from past events, but it just increases my anxiety more so the apologizing for yelling is just this was so thought out and it’s so genuine I’m crying

I have an idea but you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. You are sitting in your room alone in the dark because you remember something uncomfortable from the past and Tengen and his wife’s are worried since it looked like you were angry or maybe anxious, so Tengn decided to check up on you and it looks like you’re crying but you’re just hiding your face, Tengen asks you what wrong but you insist that it’s nothing Tengen of course dose not believe you when you say that, he tells you that what ever is bothering you is not going to just get better it can only just hurt you more if you don’t tell him, and then you just say that it’s just something rather uncomfortable from the past. Anigomi you can always add to it if you decide to use it.
