Must visit Botanical Garden in Kandy | Mahawelli Ganga | Longest River of SriLanka

Hello all..
In this video we are finally at the Royal Botanical Garden of Kandy, Sri Lanka. It is an awesome place with trees as old as 250 years. The ticket price was LKR 2000 per person. This price is for foreigners but for locals it is only LKR 100 per person. There is an option of roaming around in Garden in a Golf Cart. The charges for this are LKR 1000 per person. But we wanted to walk, so we didn't take it. We explored and tried to share with you some interesting info about the exotic plants here.
There is a souvenir shop just at the exit of the Garden. Its name is LAKSALA. We bought a beautiful souvenir from the shop for price of LKR 2300/-.
