Dale long time no talk lol I have been traveling around fishing tournaments the last 2 weeks. I was out west at Wilson lake for a week for the Kansas State regionals. And then this week we just got back from table Rock lake. Where my wife and I fix the clubs fall classic. I got second place and big bass in the fall classic. And my partner and I won the Kansas State regional at Wilson. I just wanted to let you know I'm still here and I still support you. No I'm getting caught up on all your videos! And you don't suck Dale! 😂 We love ya

Nice - chuckin and winding ! Inspiring me to get out and do the same tomorrow - I will also try out my new Solar Bat sunglasses (I ordered a pair of Speed II sunglasses with yellow lenses to use when running the boat at dusk/dawn or low light when my Oakley's are too dark for the conditions)

A scoop of vanilla ice cream would make that beer taste a lot better!

More determined than me with that crankbait, after that many cast I go slow,I get burned out,arm gets worn out,I guess the bass would be showing a pattern if their not biting anywhere, one club tournament 20 boats and three limits, weird day at the scales.

Generally you win when your strongest game lines up with the conditions. It helps to be good at something that wins tournaments like flipping, deep cranking or topwater. Bass fishing isn’t something you are ever going to win that often. Rick Clunn something like 16 of the 500 BASS events that he fished.

True. I just want to start weighing limits...

@@oldschoolbassin I never worry about limiting. I’m always looking for the right quantity. Sounds like Dion was targeting the right fish since he pulled off the win without catching a limit.

@@edwardcowan7012 I used to be known for quality bass. I've caught several 4-5 pounders in the last year, but no numbers.

I'm going to call him again now that I have actually watched the video. The fishing has been really tough this year. Now I know that's not an excuse. But everybody zeros I think you're being really hard on yourself. Just because you zeroed in a tournament doesn't mean you aren't a good bass fisherman and don't have knowledge to share with the world. One of the guys in our club is an absolute stick he zeroed both days at table Rock. How do you one better there wasn't a limit of fish weighed in at table Rock in our club tournament in 2 days. Gran and none of us fish that was Ozark lakes very much. One of the guys in our clubs mom lives over there and he fishes it more I think than anybody else. But don't beat yourself up Dale you're fishing against an absolute hammers. I don't know if this will make you feel any better but at the Kansas State regional the only limit weighed in was the one that Clint and I weighed in. There were several zeros in that tournament. Add some very good fishermen for our area did not catch a keeper or caught one keeper.
