Will there be any issue with removing the POE power supply and leaving the cable attached to the inlet (the cable you are holding at minute mark 13:58)?

Just got the Meraki! Amazing difference! The main difference I can hear is the relaxed sound. Where sometimes some music sounded harsh, that has gone! But still greater clarity. Auralic G1 streamer, Kinki Studio EX-M1+ and Denfrips Ares II. Have not taken out the PoE yet. Notice greater clarity and texture in the bass too. Its more controlled.

Hi Mike ,my system is simple, modem---router---just added Meraki 220---Then out of Meraki month old ifi Pro iDSD Signature steamer ( I love)and laptop. All connected at this time with Audioquest Pearl ethernet cable (??? change later to Cinnamon ???) WOW what that Meraki did.I have the cleanest power supplies (I have the source) in my whole sound system, I believe in that. ??? I'm Leary of removing that ethernet power in Meraki or if I do replace with clean source. You have a lot more components in your system to maybe get that power to the system else were. Remove or leave, or remove but add new power source to it??? Wasn't that power to the ethernet put there for a reason Keep up the good videos. Thanks Bob

You spent a ton on a cable. Dump the computer, use just the WiiM Pro, not a plus for streaming to a decent DAC. You will be surprised.
