-No third party nor police hurt, only the driver. Thankfully the person used a safetybelt
-Gross negligence in traffic (usually prison for a month or two) and driving under the
influence of narcotics
-By judging the overall situation and the persons history with drug addiction a mandatory
program medical for the person will be initated in order to get rid of the addiction for the
person. This could be combined with a prison sentence.
-Just say NO to drugs. You never now if you will get hooked or not and it is not worth it
-Hopefully a turning point for the person and choose a non-destructive lifestyle .

@@heavyweight6440 No it is not OK and at least in Sweden classified as narcotics. It is not healthy for the body and many crazy crimes have been committed by people high on weeid as I understand it.
@@gtboard I know that possessing or consuming weed is illegal, its the same in Germany. The point is: if you want to get high in your room/house and not drive or do dumb shit, its totally fine.
Also: alcohol is waaaay worse than weed. But alcohol is allowed... hm. You can even still drive up to 0,3 permille.
