The only person who makes me question the extra 9 minutes I get occasionally of sleep😂 even then I still accomplish my goals but now this advice is going to constantly be in the back of my mind in the morning lmfao
You need more real life real world WINS than losses for this to work, if you’re not experiment what are seen as “wins” then your mind won’t allow you to feel this.
