Maybe you should take a pic of the state of the box and the wrappers on the paper .... let them know how bad it is!! They should take better care of the parcels!!

I did that Sophia have been onto them they are going to look into it and apologised for the state of the delivery..

I would complain nonetheless because that package was definitely thrown around and no wonder every package was busted open!
