I always want to listen to you when ever you are sharing your experience
Fair analysis on those who stay abroad longer vs those who do okay in Ghana. What I would add is that here in the West they make you comfortable with little which can cause negative effects such as being lazy or content with little. There are pros and cons to both living conditions. I think it’s subject to individual life preferences. Some call the West heaven on earth and they may be right to some extent. But there’s also hell here in the west too such as silent killers like cancer and depression. In Ghana and this may count as pros, because of many living in poverty it toughen you up to avoid depression. For example here people don’t like associating themselves with others which could lead to depression. In Ghana the little people you can see big smiles that are genuine. In the end, we all have to be measured in whatever we do. Peace to mr Ken and his family. your take on life is always refreshing to hear.

The Ghanaian youths doesn't want to work because politicians promise them heaven on earth which is absolutely lies. In abrokyire, no politician promises u anything. You have to work to make ur money.
Ghanaian youth are lazy jealous and rude, even your parents cannot promise you heaven how much more a politician. The youth need to wake up and learn sense period.
In the west, the government does not own anything, only the old and sick sometimes look up to the government

As for the land issues in Ghana especially Accra, it's so disturbing, these land owners deliberately been selling the lands to 3 or more ppl so if you don't investigate well before paying for it, you'll finish and be going to court up and down😤 i agree with hon Ken, that instead of buying a land, just buy a house, that house wouldn't be your dream house but for the fact that you want to avoid these land wahala, just buy it and later rebuild it into your dream house other than buying the lands that's already been sold to about 50 ppl and be fighting with land guards😢 There's no free lands in Accra no more, the lands have already been sold, so we all need to shine our eyes on these azaa land owners lol

KENNEDY is talking about Saving-- good idea-- it will be good if Government will introduce Compulsory Saving into the system at least for the formal sector income earners- I know there will likely be opposition to such a proposal just like the ongoing E-Levy Bill proposal. But it will be beneficial in long run to the individual contributors.
