This was such a good post because you actually took us with you on your outing. I’ve seen other vloggers post about casual leather leggings outfits and where they’d wear them etc but don’t show themselves out and about. This was so nice and I love it when you smile and laugh. Hope those were air fried french fries...supposed to be setting the example for those that watch you just for fitness/health reasons.
I didn't cook them but I doubt it 🤣 There is nothing wrong having high calorie meals sometimes. Its all about balance. You dont need to eat 100% clean diet to look fit and healthy 😉
@@ZuzaS I'd agree with you...but I think you said you don't do cardio. As someone who in the offseason weighs 280 and leans up to 240 for competitions and doesn't do cardio, I really have to cut my calories. So no fries for me. :)
@@vostrospeed6327 it depends on what phase of my training I am at. I do cardio when required. Also depends what kind of cardio as well. Its very individual and what works for your body or your exact goal. In general I just do some walking but majority is just weight lifting.

Beautiful park to go walking in. I want to go for a walk today, nothing exciting to walk around in over where I am staying at. I get today off and will take it easy. I ordered a new pair of spandex leggings, the scunch kind. My old pair ripped trying to pull them up and were not exactly fitting right. Went two sizes up and hopefully it will be right. Think they are true to size. Support was not helpful. Keeping fingers crossed. Having them delivered to my hotel because can't wait until March for when I go back home. Have a lovely weekend!

@@ZuzaS Hey! Thank you. I hope they will be here in a week. Hope your day is going well. Almost bedtime for me in a few hours. Just got back celebrating a coworkers birthday. It was fun! Just the three of us. I had a slight scare today meeting up with a guy. Luckily got out of it. Was eventful day! Went to the gym and worked out earlier which helped relieved some of my anxiety.
