Of the many anarcho bands in the early eighties, Flux were one of the best. One of the best gigs I saw was them. Thanks for posting this Sid, saw Rubella Ballet round that time too
I remember back in 80s this was an explotion of disgust..along with CRASS it was great music! I was only 14 & just come out of puberty but this punk was diverse & off the wall ...just loved it!
Thanx for the comment, oops posted the wrong comment here D'oh Yes Colin didn't tell me on tour they decide to do Tube Disaster a lot faster and extend the end by bars. If you watch you can see me go for the end of the song, realise they are still playing and come back in again ha ha. I famously walked off stage when on tour with Flux to have a slash as the bogs were just next to the stage, had a piss and ran back on stage straight into tube disaster, funny flux fact. Don't forget to subscribe ;) if you haven't already and if you have thank you.
@@philhenthorn6920 Speeding up this anthemic song ruined it for me as I wasn't told they had lengthened the song and played it twice the speed. When I left the band told me Bamby from Discharge who auditioned for them and played like discharge speed and they asked if he could play tribal like I did. They went down hill from there so i'm told. Thanx for your feedback.
Yeah they didn't tell me they had speeded it up so much. no chance of getting my signature drum rolls out. They had toured with a drummer that couldn't play like me and sped all the songs up taking the original vibe away. I did complain and thought they had ruined a song I made famous because of the drumming so I am told a million times. They also didn't tell me they had added 16 bars to the end of the song. Nice thanx Colin.

This looks the mother or all fucking awsome gigs!
Should've been around in the 80's plenty of gigs like this, even better because they were younger and so we're we .
Best fucking tune ever for me
i love this song..but the sound is disaster....
Probably due to the camera being so close to the drums.
Yeah it's just the crappy cam mic, I didn't get a desk feed.
Totally agree, Sid. Why the fuck would they want to play the song so fast?
Colin said it was dragging in rehearsals, I was like 'Thanx for telling me' fastest it's ever been played, still a clasic
Fucking great song for prosperity.Correct if I’m wrong. some other songs are about abuse of the female.? Is that right?
Shit. Ihan perseestä :)
dumb barricades arent punk
Corporate bullshit, totally agree
Focus on the drummer much.
HAHA! love it...but seriously slow that tempo down! freaking me out! ;)
