Also when it comes to bound books in notebook covers I am a back cover tucked in only kinda person for that reason - I hate the way things lay with front covers tucked in!
Lmao I didnt say i word i was completely stunned I immediately went to get my laptop because I was questioning if I messed up the order - I will for sure do some updates as I get more information
I have honestly only ever experienced the issue with more inexpensive covers. In my gillio, I can have both the front and back cover of my weeks in the leather cover and I could open it a million times and I have never had the spine move or have to readjust the book. So I don't know what's up with it but I used to only put books in the back pocket of covers so it's something i'll get used to again.

Lol, the silence when you unboxed the second planner , priceless!. I am sure it will work out and hopefully there will be rush shipping and she has already made yours just sent you the wrong planner. I would be bombed also to wait that long and have to wait longer. I was thinking to myself when I saw you open, ‘Marlys only order one at a time so hopefully this doesn’t happen’. I would be red hot!

Honestly the nomad layout is amazing - never getting the vertical card pockets again

I am so sorry about the mixup on the cover. I hope they resolve it really quickly for you. I have to say you handled it really well on the video. I like VDS planners, but after waiting 16 weeks for the only custom I ever ordered from them, I would have been crushed if it arrived and wasn’t what I ordered. The mistake planner cover has a lot of scratches on it. I feel like this was a customer repair that they did and now they're returning it to someone? Maybe? Very frustrating, hope you got a fast refund.

I talked with Petra and this was my planner but a huge mistake had been made and the wrong leather was on the exterior
