Have always wanted that kit because I did a number of missions on birds like that. That said, I have only seen a very few models of helos where the blades "look" correct - this is especially true if depicted in flight. Always a problem area. Look forward to seeing how it progresses.
Thanks Ryker you must of had an interesting career, I only got to see them when they were at RAF Lakenheath great looking helo. Mine will be static so I’ll try to get the blade curb right when I start it 💙😀👍🏻🍻🇬🇧
Nice one buddy it’s a cool looking helo, I went back to have a look at another one but they’re now selling for no less than £80 plus so I had a bargain 💙😀👍🏻🍻🇬🇧
I was a US Army ranger for about 5 years, A good friend of mine was a crew chief/gunner on the pave low with the 160 spec opns regiment... Ill show him your vid. im sure he will love it...
Ummm.... The Pave Low was the MH-53 J/M and only flew with the Air Force (20th, 21st and 31st SOS). The 160th SOAR obviously flew a version of the Blackhawk but it wasn't referred to as a Pave Hawk, only the Air Force version is.
I had the old academy kit , fuselage halves went together well , but it looks like you would have a tough time keeping the detail intact on the under side on these kits . I would like one of these kits if the price is right . I got the meng apache for £50 , the engineering on that is first rate .
Hi yes the detail is tricky to keep when models are made this way, I’ll see how I can get around it I’m sure there’s a way. I got this one on Temu for £57 free post try looking in there buddy you never know 💙😀👍🏻🍻🇬🇧
Great to see you in the shop today Clive and glad we were able to sort you out, buddy!
As always buddy great times 💙😀👍🏻🍻🇬🇧
