Honestly, what Manchester United players would you be wanting the club to keep over these next 2 transfer windows? Leave your own keep/sell lists in the comments.
I think United will have put a price tag on every player except for Mainoo, Yoro, De Ligt, Maz and Amad. Everyone else is sellable if we get an offer anywhere near their valuation and the potential cost of upgrading them. Club will go for improvements in every position over the next 2 years to suit the Amorim formation.
I never see a daylight robbery in transfer history like mason mount, how on earth you buy mason mount 60mil while only 1 year remain in his contract with Chelsea.
Although I agree we have to sell many of our useless squad, the main problem with selling them is that they are so bad no one will want to buy them. So we're stuck with them.
i think giving garnacho time especially with the red flags around him (leaks and tweet liking) will result in us being in a simular situation to Rashford, value goes down and we don’t maximise whet we get for him
Bro hes still 20 and it is confirmed he wasnt the leak. I just dont get the switch up on him. Last year he was our starboy and now he is going through a rough patch and now is being scapegoated
@@milanvangrunsven3963 there's proof he's the leak. He leaked lineups to twitter accounts, in exchange they'd criticize Rashy and make Garna look good. What'd he do last year? What'd he achieve? One bicycle kick and he thinks he's the new Ronaldo. Him and Rashy need to be the first to leave. They are the cause of the entitled culture.
Deja vu - believe you made this exact video when Ten Hag started Each transfer window you were cheer leading each signing but then it just never worked out for most (not meaning to call you out as we were all the same) Something bigger than players and manager is the root cause is my sense
It all still goes down to every terrible decision made by Murtough, Arnold and Woodward coming home to roost. Every player that they overspent for, gave ridiculous contracts to, allowed to leave on a free transfer, kept for too long, every player where it logically made sense to sign but didn't and the lack of proper football people in management etc. I could keep going but the main point is that these are issues weighing the club down and until we unload a lot of this weight, we'll be back to a least somewhat close to where we were. Hopefully INEOS can pull it off but in the meantime it seems that they're causing issues of their own at the moment.
Exactly. And as we already replaced the owner and the board, too, the issue might be with the fans. I still cannot beleive a lot of them on the Stretford end applauded them after the Newcastle game..
The only players that I would definitely keep from this current squad are Mazraoui, Yoro, De Ligt, Ugarte, Mainoo, Amad and Højlund everyone else is up for sale providing we get enough money to buy a suitable upgrade for each position. Ralf Rangnick was absolutely spot on, as was Ronaldo… We need to completely overhaul EVERYTHING at our club to see any real improvement. It’s just a shame that the Glazers have ran our finances into the brink of oblivion because it’s going to be a slow and painful process for many years to come.
We did open heart surgery as rangnick suggested. Jeez take a look at our current squad and tell me how many of them played under rangnick? In fact we could field a totally different starting xi ONANA YORO DE LIGT EVANS MAZOURI CASEMIRO UGARTE MALACIA MAINOO ERIKSEN HOJLUND BENCH BAYINDIR ANTONY ZIRKZEE GARNACHO 😂😂😂😂 The problem is not merely kicking players out BUT we also have to get their replacements right.
@@harukrentz435 We are not in disagreement, we do need to get the players right. That starts with recruitment, from the owners to the manager, it hasn’t worked up until now. Our recruitment has been shockingly bad. Damn, even our approach to recruitment has been embarrassingly poor. Antony, Mount and Zirkzee AND Dan Ashworth are prime examples of that. Our identity as a club is influenced from the top down. I hope Jim Ratcliffe is the right man to turn things around but so far I’m not convinced.
With Garnacho it's only his mentality I worry about. He simply needs to work hard on his game. Ignore the outside noise. If he doesn't become world class, it's because of his mentality
@@michael43567 I know you did. He isn't currently and will never become world class at any time. He is nowhere near that level and will never be anywhere near that level in the future. When did you start watching football? Yesterday?
@@jhpfdijtuiweruot well that's your opinion bud. Just like I gave my opinion. There's nothing you can say to factually disprove mine, so there's no point getting all emotional. Would you because he can’t compete in the air and then sell him ? You people said De Gea is not good with his feet and complained till he was sent away and went to by Onana, now You all say Onana is not good enough. Onana isn’t even good with his feet 🦶 and not on same level with De Gea. You all are confused set of People
Fitting the system ….his system….until he is binned and then another manager comes in with a new system for £1/2b. As always, Sam, I like your work. Engaging, intelligent and articulate.
Mate zirkzee needs time he’s way better on the ball and creating play then hojlund hojlund is a dinosaur honestly brutal I can’t believe he starts he is appalling man can’t believe that’s who we have up front he’s mucj
People hating on Hojlund is really dumb. Halaand at City gets more than 5 times more opportunities to score. That's the key difference. Ever seen halaand at big games where he's marked by top defenders? He can't score because he doesn't usually get the service or the service is cancelled out by the opponents.
Mate hojlund is dirt poor he been shown up in the premier league doesn’t have the quality as a striker sits with he’s back to the defender and has 0 creativity on the ball to open into space doesn’t follow up on runs either or put any bit of pressure on brutal mate he is shambles zirkzee😂is better for us than hojlund honestly
Martial didn’t get chabces either but no one gave him that excuse. Hojlund doesn’t offer much else in terms of general team play- he doesn’t drop deep or hold up the ball well
Lost me at keeping Maguire and selling Dalot, absolute waste of money on both decisions with the added issue of Maguire being part of Player FC and fostering this attitude at United of sabotaging managers on purpose... in either case this is all academic because INEOS already confirmed they're not spending a penny in January and in summer you'll be lucky if you get one or two of those transfers done
@@prajyotraikar28 Maguire goes on a free, as he's out if contract in the summer. On Transfermarkt Dalot is an estimated €50mil. So £42mil or so. Thing is, he does not fit the system, especially on the left. & that kind of money allows us to bring in a player like Nuno Mendez. We probably need 3 wing backs, if we're honest. Amad & Maz are cover at RWB - We need a 1st choice there. We have nobody competent at LWB - so 2 players are needed, somehow. I think Dalot is the only one on the sell list who'd fetch any significant money if we sell him. Cassa, Mount & Malacia would not fetch much, given their form & wages.
What in the world? Where do you get the impression that maguire is one of the players getting managers sacked ? He got benched very early by ten hag and got the captaincy taken from him and his response was nothing but class . He worked hard and earned his way back . He’s the perfect example of the kind of attitude we do want .
I know it makes no sense to sell zirkzee but so far he hasn't met the expectations that we want from a united player... Hence, he should be sold in my opinion
He's not even half way through the season and we everyone is on his case. Give him this year to settle and get used to the league, if nothing improves next season then we can talk about selling.
@@MandelaFelix007 Zirkzee has been in the Prem for 4 months, and has scored more in the prem than Hojlund. He needs time (at least 1 season) to adjust to the Prem.
@@MandelaFelix007that's ass😂. You must've been cheering when they took him off against Newcastle. Zirkzee is a proven baller, he just doesn't have the right support around him. Thrown straight into the deep end.
Keeping harry maguire is madness. He is one of the biggest problems united have. Keeping players like maguire, and selling players like mctominay is why united are no longer a big club. The logic of manchester united regarding players has been wrong since ferguson retired, and its never going to change.
@Doctor_Kroom Best midfielder in Italy at the moment. Won united many points over the years. Now we have no player like that who can rescue points with sheer drive and determination. And it shows.
Onana needs to go. He’s made more mistakes than De Gea did in his entire United career already and people were calling for De Gea out but won’t give up on Onana. Seems like a good guy but too unpredictable, either makes amazing saves or can’t save anything.
the issue with Onana isnt his saving its that the defense is allowing the ball to get through them forcing Onana to make more saves then he should. Its all down to the rule of averages, the more shots a team has against is the more likely they will eventually score and thats not onanas fault as any keeper is going to ahve the same issue. As for the corner against wolves though again thats our defenders not realising what the oppos were doing by holding onana back. Alot of our concedes are down to poor defending not onana. However Onana has definetly had a few issues that were down to himself. But as far as importance of selling goes Onana isnt the priority.
@ashleygoggs5679 what a wild defence of Onana. Its not his 'saving'? Erm yes, yes it absolutely is. Whilst you are correct that the team allows too many chances, it was exactly the same with DDG and yet he pulled off save after incredible save, year after year. That is precisely what a keeper is for, to be the last line of defence when the rest of the team have failed, and I'm sorry, but he is woeful at that and it's got absolutely nothing to do with the law of averages
The thing with hojland is hes gonna grow and improve. His style of play peaks mid to late 20s and into early 30s. Big strong, and all round play will only improve. I see him becoming a superb front man bringing wide men into play and also contributing 15/20 goals aseas in a few years. He needs decent wide men and supply from midfield. Put hojland in the arsenal side and he becomes a top player.
@@TheWasp30 who's this Hojland guy? Sounds promising, maybe we should sign him in the summer. Hopefully he's not some overpriced, overhyped flop with legs made of concrete lol imagine if we signed a guy like that with some 10 goals in senior football and paid like idk €70mln or sth for him, that would be actually embarrassing haha anyways, you think this Hojland is a realistic target?
I don't know if there's maybe an Antony redemption arc on the cards. There seems to be something cooking with him at that right wing back position behind Amad.
If I am asked , I would personally sell Garnacho , yes a good player but not consistent , not the one who can impact the pitch and also haven't done much to prove that he is a Man UTD level guy
Sam, clear out means anyone who has 3/4 years needs to be chased out as fast as possible. Bruno & Licha both need to be moved on too As much as we love Licha the new system he struggles
I completely disagree with Sam bias towards Bruno. He will be 32 with 1 year left contract by summer 2026. We should’ve cashed him out when given a chance. Not listing him in the outgoing list for Summer 2026 doesn’t sit well with me. Are we going to let him leave for free, give another extension while he’s already past his prime?
@@2pacMakaveli777In Ten Hag's first season we played a completely different system. Much more passive in defence, with less possession, more focused on quick counters. That's way easier to learn and adjust + most players have already been accustomed to that through 3 years under Ole. As soon as he changes the system it all fell apart.
You wanna see bruno develop at 30????🤯🤯🤯 He can't keep the ball. He's not gonna start now. I would move him on while he still has some transfer value and reinvest in a more rounded number 10. And wanting to keep Garnacho is pure sentiment. Why??? He clearly doesn't suit the system. He isn't a good enough 10, and Amorim doesn't trust him as a wingback. No point in keeping him while his sale would provide needed funds to get a player that suits the system.
Agree on Bruno but who else can replace him as AM. Only Mount is an AM. Unless we get Olmo. And for Garna, yes he's can't play under amorim style. He's a pure winger and he can't keep the ball. We can get good money from selling him. Unless he can change a lot, maybe coz he's young
Great video, correct in every aspect. Especially regarding Shaw. He has not been fully fit for ages. But we need to bring in some of the youth players and give them a chance. 🇪🇺🇮🇪
I like Amorim but Man Utd have been buying different players for each new manager post-fergie and it hasn’t worked out. It’s time to try the Madrid, Barca, Bayern model of always acquiring the best possible players that fit the club’s playing style historically and the managers have to work with what they have. Any good manager will be able to work with players that are skilled and have character.
7 of the 12 players you listed were signed in 2022 or later. That’s a crazy number of players that have not worked out. The transfer fees in total for those players are around £200m. We say we have got better with talent ID and not overpaying for players but have we really?
Players To Sign/Promote Instead : LB Grimaldo LB Harry Amass CM Dan Gore CM/CDM Nicolo Barella LW Ferran (We have garnacho at lw alr ferran might not have the best ability but hes clutch and has good understanding of the game) RW Another academy player
Yall can keep talking about selling the worst players for the biggest fee and buying the best with the cheapest fee. But none of these will mean anything if there's no cohesion with the master plan from a sporting director. Players in one moment can become good or bad when manager change. And the club decided to go for Amorim with completely different system. This has to be a major sporting decision by Berrada. For years you guys are asking for a sporting director and had one. Jim and Berrada decided it's not for them. And you guys are still discussing players who are just the symptom of the problem
I strongly believe our players aren't that bad, our board made the mistakes of buying wrong profiles. I hope we buy players for the team not for manager
Thank you for your input. I do not believe it was the wrong profile but it was a pivot turning away to a different sporting direction entirely (back 3) that made everything look wrong profile. People are looking at Amorim like he's the sporting director. It was the same with Ten Hag. Amorim is the coach now, not manager. The entire catelog of players profile should steer in the direction of the sd who chooses the coach that fits in the big plan. The question should be asked is, what was Berrada's decision process to appoint Amorim? What is his big plan? Is there even one? Remember when the news broke about interest in Amorim, everyone said how his system fits into the existing players? And everyone was backing Berrada including the decision to sack Ashworth. That believe was solid when the team beat Everton 4-0. Now just a few weeks after it quickly looks like almost none of the players fit the system. What a disaster. And yet, nobody goes back to the people who supposedly had something on the drawing board. Still back to players discussion who's in or out. None of this mean anything, back to same cycle manager after manager
Let's be real, Dalot wasn't the worst at Right back so selling might be slightly harsh. At LB however he is the worst in the league. Never crosses halfway line and cuts in constant, no overlaps and predictable.
10,000% This is the guy who's been the most prominent person at the heart of an inept defense these last 4-5 years and yet we paid a world record £80m for him to be the rock of our defence, just like Virgil van Dijk has been for Liverpool and Rio Ferdinand and Jaap Stam were for us. I honestly believe that Maguire's our worst ever signing, pound-for-pound and is only still tolerated at United, simply by virtue of the fact he's English. It was common knowledge that the likes of Eric Bailly and Marcos Rojo were far better defenders than him, yet struggled to get a place in Ole's starting lineup.
@user-gc5dx8fj5u Yes we should sell him as he's now on form and would get us a few coins rather than stick with him then later on we struggle moving him on or even lose him on a free exit
He was one of our most consistent last season, at RB.... Just hasn't had the run at rwb this season because of our ongoing LB lunacy. I think he is a good squad player, with a better first 11 a versatile player like him is valuable, plus the words from inside the club is that he is one of the best in training every day like Bruno. Everyone wants all these players out but great players come here and struggle. This team has had it's positive growths cut and sold more often than not over 10 years. The approach is flawed and Ineos are making the same mistakes
@@TheDominicProject the reason he has been a little dissappointing this season is bcz hes playing lb, dalot is a crosser, and His strong right foot fits with rb but at lb he cant make those crosses equally good with his weakfoot. Its a new rolw for him in the team and i am sure he will get used to it seeing how passionate he is. Solid player
Bruno frustrates me a lot, but I agree he's a keep. Look how we are without him, can't even score. Selling Bruno this summer is an unnecessary risk; don't think we'll realistically find AND AFFORD a suitable replacement. Especially considering we won't have European football (unless we go on an insane run of pl victories)

Your approach to Garnacho is the same approach that kept Shaw and Rashford at the club for the last three years. Keep him another season to prove himself how, exactly? He’s demonstrated a bad approach more than once, been remonstrated by multiple managers and doesn’t play a role that fits the system. Give me £40M for him today and let him go. Keeping him for another year probably means his value drops, his salary increases, and we’re left with another player who is increasingly difficult to get rid of.
I get what you're saying but those arent the same. You're acting like hes 23-25 he is still only 20. He can still absolutely adapt and improve and learn to play within a system. His value is as low as its ever going to be after this season. Selling 20 year olds because they arent prolific in the Premier league is nonsense.
@@zdbrownie I don't care if he's prolific. I care that we've had evidence of his attitude being bad for several seasons according to multiple managers. Combined with the fact that he plays a role that doesn't really have a place in Amorim's system, that's more than enough reason for me to get rid of him. Selling 20 year olds because they've demonstrated repeatedly that they have a bad attitude is exactly the sort of decision this club needs to get back to making.
@@donaldmccabe975 for several seasons?? Last season is the only time he's had any significant mins in the first team, as a 19 year old, and it was a solid season. He is now only 20 he is still learning and maturing there is still more than enough potential for growth. Good players can adapt to different systems and roles with good coaching. Again you're acting like hes 25 and been part of the squad for 5 years already. Good thing you dont manage a team cause youre talking nonsense.
Yep. Only thing to say is: except that managing changes in any organisation is always a problem in itself; Change Management is a specific study in Business, of course, as humans are unpredictable units of production. Forest are only now finding their feet after a couple of disastrous years - which UTD fans would consider the fire to this season's frying pan - and a new recent manager, following massive and sudden squad change.
I'm surprised people see onana as a bad keeper.if you're exposed as a keeper, there's nothing you can do. I honestly think management is just a shame in united. We can't have exceptional players coming in and consistently under perform and we think it's about them.
If we were Real Madrid we would sell Bruno now for £50 or £60m before he drops off massively. As it is we are Manchester United, so we will likely renew his contract for 5 more years when he turns 30 and wonder whyvwe can't sell an underperforming player on huge wages.
I agree almost completely. The only caveat I would add is to include a button called 'loan'. In my opinion, Mainoo and Garnacho could develop in a team with less pressure, especially the Argentine, who is more 'raw' technically. Collyer, Gore, and Amass should also be loaned out with the same purpose. And yes, reinforcement, a young goalkeeper needs to be brought into the club. Onana is in a poor run of form again, but the team’s priorities right now lie elsewhere. However, once those issues are resolved, the focus will eventually turn to the goalkeeper, especially if he continues with these mistakes.
I'd agree with your analysis though I'd sell garnacho, zirksee or Bruno if a decent offer came in for any of them and funds were used to replace in those positions ( number 10 really.. don't think Bruno is good in a midfield 2)
Agree with most of them. I do want to try Antony 1 more season at wingback position for his final audition. I kinda liked his connection with Amad when we tried to push pace.
The online hate towards Martinez is ridiculous. When he finds his form he's a starter and one of the world's best CBs. Out of form he's a solid squad player and a warrior personality in the team. At 26 and on 120k a wk, Martinez should stay at the club for the next 6/7 years easily.
Pleasantly surprised to see Dalot in the sell category. He's ever present & versatile, I'll give him that. But he's been an absolute passenger defensively for SOOOO long & got away with it. Hasn't looked convincing at wing back either. And as you said, we can get a good fee for him
Honestly this list isn't ruthless enough. There's no way that we can hold onto both Zirkzee and Hojlund if we want to bring a striker in which is paramount. Zirkzee has to go ASAP, ideally in January, while he's still worth what we paid for him and remains sought after in Italy. We have to stop waiting until player values drop to the point of heavy losses/unsellable situations. Same goes for Garnacho. He doesn't suit this system, attitude/ego issues and Atletico seem ready to part with 50m+ for him, pure profit. Do it now before he becomes another Januzaj
Rasmus needs service. Don't you think the money would be better spent in the midfield attacking areas? The lad is only 21 as well. Zirkzee got team of the year last year, so there's a player in there. I do agree we should stop holding onto players, but selling them after 15 or so appearances is also a mistake. I would also say the same about Garnacho; there's undoubtedly top player potential, and being so young, he could adapt to any system. In my opinion, maybe there's a question mark over his attitude, but that could also be media nonsense. The last thing being what top strikers are realistically available? There's none really.
@@mrgroovitive you clearly have the reading skills of a toddler. I'll dumb it down for you. Onana saved more shots that he faced than any other goalkeeper in the Premier League for the WHOLE SEASON. You pleb 🤦♂️
I think the players you mentioned and timing of transfers is sensible and I agree barring maybe 1 or 2 players at max. But selling 12 players in one window let alone 1 year is a huge dynamic shift in a football club, especially one of this size where hundreds and thousands of workers are just servicing a max of 32 senior players. From amorim, he said that by the 3rd game in charge "the fans will see and idea" and we did. And that idea and playstyle has grown with players who don't suit. But I don't want to have another season where we're so close to relegation because I'm confident that owners will let go of amorim.
Thanks heavens for Sam. UA-cam is currently littered with United fan channels sprouting utter nonsense with a huge dose of self pity. Doom merchants everywhere, most can only see the end of their nose, its ok folks we will get over this and come back ten times stronger, this mess will finally get cleared out and I am very optimistic for next season. Sure this season is probably a write off but we can use it as a start of a total system reboot. Happy new year everyone, do not let the clickbait doom-mongers bring you down.
positivity merchants are worse, I remember Sam excited at the prospect of Bruno and Mount in midfield but that went on to expose Casemiro alone and prove to be a waste of money 😂😂😂we want realism not unicorn stories.
@@JosDH70 Sam is emotional, just the positive delusional type. He backed ten HAg way longer than he should have and still thinks Bruno is integral to uniteds future because he’s love struck by all his goals and assists under ole. That’s not logic lol
The trouble with the sell list is there is only one player bringing in any significant net profit. Sure, moving on the non-performers gives us space in the squad and lessens the wage bill. But not as much as a few "pure profit" sales would. Most of the mentioned players leave on a free. Others, we're still paying off monster purchace prices - Cassa, Antony & Mount. Add in poor performances & wages for the above and for Shaw & they're very unattractive buys for any scouts. Players who'll fetch decent money in our squad are: Rashford Bruno Dalot Mainoo Garnacho Martinez Amad (if we extend his contract) I'd try keep Amad & Mainoo, but the rest can be upgraded between now & in the summer...if we get any offers.
To those who're dead against Joshua Zirkzee and want to see him given the boot, even though he's scored more in the Premiership this season than Hojlund who cost twice as much, if you want a perfect example of why it is prudent to give players time to adjust to a new club and league, look no further than one of Newcastle's scorers against us on Monday night - Joelinton!! If you think Zirkzee has been bad so far, go back and run a check on how Joelinton started at Newcastle. He was awful. This was a guy that Steve Bruce paid £40m to sign amidst a lot of fanfare, breaking Newcastle's transfer record in the process. He was so bad in front of goal, it was beyond a joke. Today, Joelinton is one of the most feared players in that Newcastle team and among the first names on their starting sheet, having been given time. If people want other examples of players who went on to flourish in the Premiership given time, again look no further than Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba, Kevin DeBruyne, Romelu Lukaku...........and finally none other than Mo Salah. Let's give Zirkzee at least a season to adjust to the pace and physicality of the Premiership and if after that he's still not good enough, fair enough, he can be judged then but definitely NOT NOW!!
I’m a casual fan so this is said with a grain of salt but feel like the only ones you really go out of your way to keep are Diallo, Mainoo, and Yoro. Onana and DeLigt are okay playing out the back. Everyone else can go.

We can still get good money for Bruno, and garna is limit, if atletico bring that 50-60m, it will be ludicrous not to sell. We need to change the whole profile and culture of the club. Each transfer window you were cheer leading each signing but then it just never worked out for most (not meaning to call you out as we were all the same)
Something bigger than players and manager is the root cause is my sense
The worrying thing is Sam your keeps has nearly started as a team this year already and look where we are 😮

I think it’s on the basis that we can improve players over the summer, and not giving them lengthy contracts if their form is questionable

I doubt he’s saying they should be kept all as starters. Good core to build around, bring in ~5-6 new starters and you have a pretty solid team.

Onana needs to go. He’s made more mistakes than De Gea did in his entire United career already and people were calling for De Gea out but won’t give up on Onana. Seems like a good guy but too unpredictable, either makes amazing saves or can’t save anything.
I would put him in the 2026 list. He’s been poor but he’s the least of United’s problems.
the issue with Onana isnt his saving its that the defense is allowing the ball to get through them forcing Onana to make more saves then he should.

@@2pacMakaveli777In Ten Hag's first season we played a completely different system. Much more passive in defence, with less possession, more focused on quick counters.

THANK YOU for having Mount on the sell list. Ngl I thought you'd have the English bias with him.
Let's be real, Dalot wasn't the worst at Right back so selling might be slightly harsh. At LB however he is the worst in the league. Never crosses halfway line and cuts in constant, no overlaps and predictable.
THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO SELL MAGUIRE.

This is the guy who's been the most prominent person at the heart of an inept defense these last 4-5 years and yet we paid a
world record £80m for him to be the rock of our defence, just like Virgil van Dijk has been for Liverpool and Rio Ferdinand and
Jaap Stam were for us.
I honestly believe that Maguire's our worst ever signing, pound-for-pound and is only still tolerated at United, simply by virtue of
the fact he's English. It was common knowledge that the likes of Eric Bailly and Marcos Rojo were far better defenders than him,
yet struggled to get a place in Ole's starting lineup.
@user-gc5dx8fj5u Yes we should sell him as he's now on form and would get us a few coins rather than stick with him then later on we struggle moving him on or even lose him on a free exit
@@mohammedismael7334I wouldn’t ever associate the word “on form” with Maguire 😂😂

The problem is determining which club wants them.
Bruno frustrates me a lot, but I agree he's a keep. Look how we are without him, can't even score. Selling Bruno this summer is an unnecessary risk; don't think we'll realistically find AND AFFORD a suitable replacement. • Bart Verbruggen (Anderlecht, €10-15M): A modern goalkeeper with good ball-playing abilities, fitting Amorim’s style of building from the back.
• Giorgi Mamardashvili (Valencia, €20M): Tall, agile, and good at shot-stopping, Mamardashvili is reliable and affordable compared to big-name goalkeepers.
2. Central Defense
• Max Kilman (Wolves, €20M): A left-footed, ball-playing defender who thrives in a three-at-the-back system, perfect for Amorim’s preferred tactics.
• David Hancko (Feyenoord, €15M): A strong, versatile defender comfortable in both a back three and four.
3. Wing-Backs
• Pedro Porro (Tottenham, Loan or €25M): Familiar with Amorim from Sporting CP, Porro is an attacking wing-back who could slot in seamlessly.
• Jeremie Frimpong (Bayer Leverkusen, €20-25M): A pacey wing-back who fits Amorim’s style of overlapping and pressing.
4. Central Midfield
• Ibrahim Sangaré (PSV Eindhoven, €25M): A defensive midfielder who offers physicality and ball-winning abilities, ideal for controlling games.
• Matheus Nunes (Wolves, €25-30M): Another Amorim product from Sporting, Nunes provides ball-carrying ability and creativity in midfield.
5. Forward Line
• Gonçalo Ramos (PSG, Loan): If available, Ramos is a clinical striker familiar with Amorim’s system, perfect for a central role in the attack.
• Ansu Fati (Barcelona, Loan or €25-30M): If Barcelona offloads him, Fati offers pace, skill, and versatility across the front three.
6. Utility Players
• João Palhinha (Fulham, €25M): A defensive midfielder with strong tackling and positional awareness, offering leadership and consistency.
• Alex Scott (Bristol City, €15-20M): A young English talent who is creative, versatile, and could thrive under Amorim’s guidance.
Characteristics of Potential Signings
1. Age: Preferably under 25 to develop within Amorim’s system.
2. Versatility: Players capable of playing multiple positions in both defensive and attacking roles.
3. Work Rate and Pressing: Ability to press high and recover possession quickly.
4. Affordability: Players from leagues like Eredivisie, Liga NOS, or Championship, where talent is more affordable.

Bruno is 31 mate. And Dan Ashworth already gave him a new contract. Mistake already occurred, we're cooked.🤯
I think Ian Maatsen and Antonio silva would be good January signings, maybe use lindelof and amass if needed to help get them
We've needed a complete clearout for over a decade. The 2 year clearout plan is 12 years late.
Bruno it's time to go
Honestly the only players id keep are jonny evans, lenny yoro, mathis de ligt, kobbie mainoo, manuel ugarte, alejandro garnacho, and rasmus hojlund.
You lost me at keeping Onana. Problem with this club. Keeping shite and being shite.
you clearly don't watch the games if thats what you think.
he had the best save ratio in the league last year FFS
People complain that the vast majority of the squad is trash yet when it comes to a sell/keep, they keep over half of the players 🙄
I think we should sell any defender that's not above 6 ft tall. It's a major perquisite and no brainer when scouting for defenders
Yea just because they’re expensive doesn’t mean they’ll be any good for us
Considering how easily we conceded set piece, I agree with this
I'd agree with your analysis though I'd sell garnacho, zirksee or Bruno if a decent offer came in for any of them and funds were used to replace in those positions ( number 10 really.. don't think Bruno is good in a midfield 2)
Sell or open to offers bar these 6
Ugarte
Mainoo
Mazrouri
De Ligt
Yoro
Amad
Definitely agree 💯💯💯. The rest go can especially Bruno, Rashford, Maguire, Casemiro and Martinez. They’ve been hugely responsible for our downfall.
@@HashimA-ti9gu you plastic plebs are the biggest problem - rather you left !
💯💯💯💯same players I keep
Agree with most of them. I do want to try Antony 1 more season at wingback position for his final audition. I kinda liked his connection with Amad when we tried to push pace.
Zirkzee needs to be sold too, he's slow as tortoise.
Same onana to..very slow gk
Bruno first
I'd keep Dalot but not as a starter but rather as a squad player for the RWB position. I don't think Man United can afford to buy two RWBs.
Onana needs to go now
you clearly don't watch the games if thats what you think.

@ lmao, you are what’s wrong with this club by judging those who can’t go to the stadium l. Utter scum
Keeping Onana wrong move from the start 😂
It's never gonna happen, this is so unrealistic, Amorim needs to adapt cause there's no way your selling all those horrible players
Exactly
The online hate towards Martinez is ridiculous. When he finds his form he's a starter and one of the world's best CBs. Out of form he's a solid squad player and a warrior personality in the team. At 26 and on 120k a wk, Martinez should stay at the club for the next 6/7 years easily.
My Keep/Sell/5050
Keep
Maz, Yoro, De ligt, Licha, Malacia, Ugarte, Mainoo, Garna, Eriksen(1yr), Amad, Hojlund, Zirkzee
Sell
Onana, Heaton, Bayindir, Lindelof, Shaw, Maguire, Dalot, Case, Rashford, Mount
50/50
Bruno, Antony
Worlds best? Lol Damn some united fans 😂😂😂
Pep called him top 5 last May. He is currently ranked as the 13th best CB in the world.
Keep Onana? Thats bizarre
IKR. Single handedly ended our CL campaign last season and even when hes supposed to be in his better season hes still shaky af.
@@harukrentz435 you clearly don't watch the games if thats what you think.

Pleasantly surprised to see Dalot in the sell category. He's ever present & versatile, I'll give him that. But he's been an absolute passenger defensively for SOOOO long & got away with it. Hasn't looked convincing at wing back either. And as you said, we can get a good fee for him
Bruno should be sold ....😊
U keeping onana guy u are one of man untied problems.

Onana saved more shots that he faced than any other goalkeeper in the Premier League for the WHOLE SEASON.

Brilliant. Please do a similar vid for the Junior team on basis of promote, loan and sell
Sir Jim RATcliffe is making some bad decisions...
Berrada as well. Both of them
@@mTLpHfumfaomd One concurs my friend...
@@civildiscourse7626 Too many examples of emotion overwhelming logic, I much prefer concentrating on logic over emotion, life is better that way.
Players who'll fetch decent money in our squad are:
Rashford
Bruno
Dalot
Mainoo
Garnacho
Martinez
Amad (if we extend his contract)
I'd try keep Amad & Mainoo, but the rest can be upgraded between now & in the summer...if we get any offers.
I would sell everybody except for leny yoro,de ligt, mazroui ,ugarte maino.
amad
The guy is only performing because he is out of contract, but even so I wouldn't be against giving a new contract so tha we can sell him.
To those who're dead against Joshua Zirkzee and want to see him given the boot, even though he's scored more in the Premiership this season than Hojlund who cost
twice as much, if you want a perfect example of why it is prudent to give players time to adjust to a new club and league, look no further than one of Newcastle's scorers
against us on Monday night - Joelinton!!
If you think Zirkzee has been bad so far, go back and run a check on how Joelinton started at Newcastle. He was awful. This was a guy that Steve Bruce paid £40m to
sign amidst a lot of fanfare, breaking Newcastle's transfer record in the process. He was so bad in front of goal, it was beyond a joke. Today, Joelinton is one of the most
feared players in that Newcastle team and among the first names on their starting sheet, having been given time.
If people want other examples of players who went on to flourish in the Premiership given time, again look no further than Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba, Kevin DeBruyne,
Romelu Lukaku...........and finally none other than Mo Salah.
Let's give Zirkzee at least a season to adjust to the pace and physicality of the Premiership and if after that he's still not good enough, fair enough, he can be judged then
but definitely NOT NOW!!
Well said 👍
Hojlund needs to be sold honestly.
That content on MANUTD which is a forever great content,
Keep or sell
Deligt needs to sell period. I see why big clubs stopped playing him each time he plays.
Agree with everything apart of Onana and Bruno. We REALLY need to cash in now on them!
I’m a casual fan so this is said with a grain of salt but feel like the only ones you really go out of your way to keep are Diallo, Mainoo, and Yoro. Onana and DeLigt are okay playing out the back. Everyone else can go.
Bruno develop at 30, garnacho keep, and zirkzee keep too. We are not ready for a rebuild. We can still get good money for Bruno, and garna is limit, if atletico bring that 50-60m, it will be ludicrous not to sell. We need to change the whole profile and culture of the club. Technical, physical and athletic players period.
1. Goalkeeper
I would like for Mount to stay fit and see what kind of impact he could have, and for Rashford to _want_ to stay and to improve his game and his attitude, but yea, as it stands I'd agree with all of these.
