SOCO: Death of Kenneth Velasco

SOCO probes the death of the 16-year-old Kenneth Velasco who was believed to be a victim of bullying. Police investigation led by Supt. Jaime Leal revealed that he had suffered 36 stab wounds. There were indications that the victim fought back his assailants and was also punched.
