Don't use the rtx 3050, that thing is severely overpriced, for the PC he could use the gtx 1650 which should be ok whithout a CPU bottleneck, and for 230 dollars the rtx 3050 is a bad offer, the rx 6600 costs 200 dollars and performs better than an rtx 3060 which is 280 dollars.
