In my opinion I really liked all of them! I just feel like the last one (considering you’re trying to buy a house) is a lot of money to be renting when you could just be saving that much for your house you know. But either way if it’s in your budget and you know you can pay what you have to pay and still be able to buy your house comfortably then DO IT! We are going to be supportive no matter what you decide to do!❤️

If you’re trying to buy a house save for that instead girl, if you have the money save while you can, if you want a change move in with Jacob for a while while you look for a house because an expensive apartment won’t let you save money, I know it’s hard to wait but the outcome is worth it

So my input is this, I moved into my first apartment last year, and moved into one that was really nice because I loved it so much and it’s beautiful. But at the end of the day once we signed the lease we realized that yes it’s nice but at this point we’re not able to save anything because all of our money is going strictly to bills and it’s definitely not a way to live. Just remember that it’s your FIRST apartment. It doesn’t have to be the nicest one you see, or the most expensive ESPECIALLY if you’re saving and trying to buy/rent a house. If you’re not planning on staying there for a long period of time I wouldn’t waste your money on it. But we will support you in whatever choice you make! I just don’t want to see you struggle or regret anything. ❤️
Honestly bestie. As a apartment leasing consultant. Do NOT look at anything you know you can’t afford ( nun of my bid ness lol ) and do NOT get a apartment you don’t wanna come home to ❤️ people will look at an apartment just hoping to get out of where they are currently living at. And then 6 months later they hate where they are because of something so little. Literally one thing can make them hate their home. And bring it out on the apartment leasing consultants.

Personally, I wouldn’t move out until I buy a house. I know it’s tiny and has been a while, but that’s the best decision. You can use that rent money to but the house you really want.
Hey Nathaly. I thought I'd put my input in since you asked for it. It seems like right now the best thing for you is to move. I completley understand that you've outgrown the space especially with Ellie and Jake growing with you. I genuinley loved all the apartments. The second one is probably the one that is most homey but the last one defintley made you the happiest, and I could defintley tell that you saw yourslef living there, but there are other factors to consider. I know you're very family oreinted, so that might be something to think about. You are a very hardworkig woman that deserves everything you want. I'm positive the last apartment you toured is the most expensive, but if you can afford it and you really really want it, I don't see the big deal with at lest trying it out. Like you said yourself you're only looking for a 6th month lease, so after that you can truly decide what you want and if that's what's best for you. This isn't peremanent so do what you're able to do and most importantly DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO!

Advice here:
1)I would not risk the 4K a month for the 6 months your leasing for the last one.
2) I would instead focus on the apartments that have partially what you are looking for. Save that extra $ for from the luxury apartment to save for YOUR DREAM HOME.
Kudos and luck for what you end up deciding though. Just food for thought “better pay for what’s mine”.

When I bought my apartment I got advice from my boyfriend because he is living with me so the best advice I would give is make sure that apartment is the one you really like then ask Jacob for his opinion and ask your parents for there’s but at the end of the day what matters is what makes you happy

You could see how you completely fell in love with the “resort style” apartment. Honestly, if you and Jake are able to move in together, then go for it even if it’s an hour drive. It’s a new chapter in your life and like you said, you’re trying to get a house soon, so it’s perfect for the time being. Think of the drive as if you’re going to hair salon lolll
