I am crazy excited for this, it has a serious Mordheim feel to it's style. I've been wanting to get into Warhammer Quest so it seems the perfect opportunity.

Mega excited! This really seems like they took what they learned from the last three Warhammer Quest games and are building atop of it. Stellar minis, as well. What more to ask for?:D
I've not been on UA-cam much for months (life has been mad) and only noticed your arm problem the other day, Rob. Good to see the cast is off and the arm is healing. I would have been really worried about the nerve damage. All the best for your arm getting stronger and stronger. And congratulations on your new grandchild!
I'm excited for the new Warhammer Quest. However, based on recent GW pricing, such as Catacombs, I'm concerned that the cost will make it prohibitively expensive for most gamers.
This is the second time I am watching this video, I am now very interest in the game. A long time ago I collected warhammer and 40k, did not play much. I have played the Deathwatch and Dark Heresy rpg's from Fantasy Flight Games. I was just looking for the availability of Warhammer Quest Blackstone Fortress. And am now subscribed to the newsletter from Games Workshop for Warhammer Quest Cursed City. As usual, a very fine video :)
that RPG book is key with monster tables it a no brainer for GW! buy the base game then boom then you start buying not just one army but your buying all kinds of stuff your garbing Nighthaunt, Flesh-eater Courts, Legions of Nagash and Ossiarch Bonereapers minis to expand your Warhammer Quest just like the old days plus buying the expansions and new card pack. and being stuck in the house with the you know what that's going on your board and ready to hobby is a money printer if they do the right move
Rob, I believe like you we are looking at a minimum suggested retail of $150. I hope that the terrain tiles are old school like warhammerquest and not geo hex like blackstone fortress. Geo hex works for blackstone fortress 40k sci_fi but it would be better for the old school tile system. So now I need for you to get a copy next week so we can know what's inside!!. I also hope there is some sort of leveling system.
I'm really looking forward to this - lockdown brought me back full-blast into Warhammer after about 6 years of on and off painting, and this release is like the one year anniversary present for GW! One question, how 'certain' are you about the March release date? I'd really love it to be that way but I haven't read anything that gave such a 'concrete' time window - I was imagining Cursed City would be released around April-May since all we've seen (until today) are a few teases and glimpses at some art and a couple of minis...
Hey Rob. Always enjoy coming here to hear you gush over games. This Warhammer Quest and the new Kill Team have me very excited. That said, my attention to GW comes in waves. Generally when they announce something, I am all in. Then when the product comes and I see the price, I go right back to the smaller game companies. They do a great job and hopefully I don’t get sticker shock with what is to come. Thanks for the video!

Only thing that would make this better for me would be a Skaven expansion. They are classic dungeon denizens - even more so than goblins in my book.

With Heroquest getting relaunched GW may go back to the old system. They did say they have revised a new rules set on the wh community page.
