Comodo. The bushes only get you a couple cents per hour the hedges get you like ten dollars per hour.
Also get better fencing there's a level three fence and I think you can get the auto gate. No need for a porter with that

I'm convinced video game developers have never made a single purchase in their life. It doesn't matter what game it is, if there are monetary transactions, something is going to be so far away from reality, it should break physics. $15 for a can of soda, or $23 for a smart phone. I'm having trouble thinking of examples, but you know what I mean. It's insane that any human would consider X item to be valued that way.

At $20 per hot dog, each hot dog cart takes 25 supply boxes worth of sales to become profitable. After that, you earn $200 per supply box (20 hot dogs). So it isn't a bad earner, but really, by the time you profit, you should be making money to the point that an additional $200 every once in a while won't really matter. You're basically at that point already. The money is better spent on level 3 roofs for each parking spot and spamming the second highest level planter and putting bushes in the wrong way so they stick out into the road. That's the way to get to $100+ an hour spots. Because each decoration affects every spot on that half of the lot.
As an added bonus, adding roofs and going nuts on decorations doesn't leave you with trash and a traffic jam of people waiting to buy the snacks. Vending machines and hot dog cart, at least at this stage, are just not worth it.
