I love a long well thought out story, but sometimes you find yourself tired of waiting for how it'll wrap up if it's too long. To start reading a manga at 15 and probably end at 40, feels a bit long lol
I like that about the Fate series. A lot of related but completely separate storylines. Even Bleach switching from Aizen & Espada to the Sternritter felt like a well timed change. I just think the latter was rushed. it wasn't a bad story, but I was never vested like I was with the former!

Shinji seems to low the only reason he lost his fights were due to his opponents. Juushiro is too high. Uryu should be higher than Haschwalth since he has basically the same ability just a bit different and more powers on top of that.

Lille is stated more powerful than Gerard. But anyway they are pretty much at same level. Both are immortal, one is pure strenght and the other has ability to kill anyone in his sight so... X) But Lille is the first Sternritter and the leader of the Ymwach's Royal Guard.

Do the math, ywach bodied ichigo but then needed to absorb ichigo's powers + his elite sternritters + hashwalt in order to fight aizen and if it wasn't for the rush ending I'm sure we would have seen some more impressive feats from aizen, like hado #90 and stuff plus aizen never showed his bankai, wouldn't that mean his power lvl would multiply 10 x?
Some disagreements: Lille and Gerard are way too low, they were killed in such BS ways especially Gerard, I put them above Ichigo and Uryu. Ichibei above Yama but that's debatable
ichibei would still need to phisically touch yama with his paintbrush and that wont happen since yama can be techniquely speaking the embodyment of the sun in his bankai
nice list, I would've however put Gerard (I hate this character, but seriously, I'm sure the author get rid of him because he didn't know how to kill him), Kenpachi, Gremmy and Unohana higher and Yamomoto lower since Cero isn't eternal I don't think Stark would beat Barragan, it is to me one of the 3 exceptions in the espada numbers (like Yammy and Ulquiorra) But I like your list nonetheless, by not wanking the white Hollow, Isshin or Ichigo for example, and for the time spent for a top 70

Gerard and Lille can beat Ichibei.Ichibei has no way of harming Lille and Lille headshots him.Ink wont work on Gerard because there is always a miracle and he will stand up stronger. Yamamoto can't beat Ichibei.Ichibei forced Yhwach to use Almigthy while Yamamoto get one stotted. Toshiro can beat Ichibei.What he freezes lost their abilities for a while (suspends) so Ichibei's or anyone else's Zanpakutos' will be useless against him. Cristian Dude Ichibei's Bankai is for name-changing.If his opponent infected by Ink then he can go Bankai and change his name. So even in Shikai he has an ability to divide the names.If he cuts you once with his brush , your power will be half of the original. And Ichibei outclassed Yhwach without Bankai which Yamamoto couldn't.Go read the fight again.

Everyone who isn't immortal can't survive his Bankai, and it cancel any ability. It's probably the strongest Bankai we saw in the manga (except Yamamoto). He's faster and smarter than Kenpachi. And Kenpachi doesn't have control of his Bankai. When Kenpachi fought Gerard, Kyoraku fought Lille who is Gerard capitain. That's not a random choice of Kubo.

Post Timeskip Toshiro(Pre Adult Form) would oneshot Ulqoiurra simply because he scales to someone like Cang Du and even without a proper bankai it took a burner finger 2 from Bazz B to take him down and keep in mind that was a feat only accomplished by the likes of the Quincy girls and they are also vastly above Ulqoiurra i can explain why if you want.

nice list, I would've however put Gerard (I hate this character, but seriously, I'm sure the author get rid of him because he didn't know how to kill him), Kenpachi, Gremmy and Unohana higher and Yamomoto lower
since Cero isn't eternal I don't think Stark would beat Barragan, it is to me one of the 3 exceptions in the espada numbers (like Yammy and Ulquiorra)

Gerard and Lille can beat Ichibei.Ichibei has no way of harming Lille and Lille headshots him.Ink wont work on Gerard because there is always a miracle and he will stand up stronger.
Yamamoto can't beat Ichibei.Ichibei forced Yhwach to use Almigthy while Yamamoto get one stotted.
Toshiro can beat Ichibei.What he freezes lost their abilities for a while (suspends) so Ichibei's or anyone else's Zanpakutos' will be useless against him.
Ishida can't beat Kyoraku Yamamoto Lille Gerard Hitsugaya.They can destroy him before he uses Anti-Thesis.

If we base list on reiatsu , Gerard and Aizen will get infinite reiatsu because they can get stronger as they want.
Actually i noticed now Lille Ichigo and Gerard should be in the same tier.They can destroy Gerard with Mugetsu or X-Axis's Trumpet but Hoffnung reflects the damage.Eventually Gerard will get stronger than Ichigo but he can't hit Lille even he gets so much power.So saying them in the same tier is the best i think.
And btw we didn't see Kenpachi's Bankai's full power.Maybe he has some anti-hax abilities which nullifies Ichibei's ink for example.If something like that should have happened , he would be stronger than Toshiro.

Lille is intangible so ink won't hit him and Lille can use Trumpet on Ichibei then Ichibei's existance will be erased.

Dude Ichibei's Bankai is for name-changing.If his opponent infected by Ink then he can go Bankai and change his name.
So even in Shikai he has an ability to divide the names.If he cuts you once with his brush , your power will be half of the original.

Nemu 18th. No feats and no bankai ukikate at 15 and hitsugaya's look I'm a real boy bankai takes him up to 12th, that's what I think u had him on. And while I'm cribbing, yoruichi's brother 10 places ahead of soi fon who is a long time captain and as far as I can remember has almost mastered her shunko and has bankai and she's still below yoruichi's brother. 1. Yammoto or Ichigo couldn't do anything against ichibei cuz ichibei can simply take away there powers
2. Gerard should be higher than Yamamoto and Ichigo because he is immortal and will only become a stronger being remember the miracle never ceases to exist
3.lille Barro should be higher than Yamamoto and Ichigo due to the fact that when he's in his God form there attacks will do nothing to him and he is immortal like Aizen
4.kenpachi is way stronger than shinsui that's pretty obvious

Your point of view is interesting and uncommon. We can debate with your 3 first points. But Zaraki > Kyoraku is totaly wrong in my opinion. Everyone who isn't immortal can't survive his Bankai, and it cancel any ability. It's probably the strongest Bankai we saw in the manga (except Yamamoto). He's faster and smarter than Kenpachi. And Kenpachi doesn't have control of his Bankai. When Kenpachi fought Gerard, Kyoraku fought Lille who is Gerard capitain. That's not a random choice of Kubo.
And yeah, Zaraki can't do anything to Lille but Kyoraku can deal damages to him.

Post Timeskip Kid Hitsu is even stronger. Now Post Time-Skip Adult Hitsu is far faster, stronger, and more destructive than Ulquiorra by a huge margin.
In terms of physical strength, Ulquiorra is nowhere near him. Adult Hitsugaya is on a different level than even Shikai Kenpachi. Shikai Kenpachi without releasing his eyepatch cut a giant meteor casually. Shikai Kenpachi with his eyepatch off fought Gerard and using full power swings could only put small knicks in pre Quincy released Gerard’s Blade. Hitsugaya on the other hand, fought released Gerard who both powered up from his Miracle Ability *and* the Quincy release, and cut his sword completely in two with one casual slash, Flash Freezing it and negating its powers after. Adult Hitsu > Released Miracle Gerard > Eyepatch off Shikai Kenpachi > Eyepatch on Shikai Kenpachi >>>>> Ulquiorra
In terms of speed, Hitsu was comparable to post Royal Guard training Byakuya, who was already one of the fastest characters in the series before Royal Guard training. Hitsu got similar stat increases to all his stats.
The most dangerous thing about him is his new hax though. Whatever he freezes gets all of their powers and abilities negated, and he can freeze all forms of matter, including energy. Once you get caught in his ice, unless you have like power from the soul king like Gerard did, you’re not getting out

Keep in mind Ulqoiurra in Segunda Etapa is only about 1.5 or 2× stronger than Hallibel Meaning if Toshiro uses his hax from the get go he could beat him.
Post Timeskip Toshiro(Pre Adult Form) would oneshot Ulqoiurra simply because he scales to someone like Cang Du and even without a proper bankai it took a burner finger 2 from Bazz B to take him down and keep in mind that was a feat only accomplished by the likes of the Quincy girls and they are also vastly above Ulqoiurra i can explain why if you want.
