It was a great movie, beautiful story, visually stunning and great acting.....it did not do well because of the propaganda against this young brilliant actress and 4 other cast members because they are star kids.......so there was a boycott on the grounds that it was a horrible movie........Something awful has been going on in India and against Bwood for the last 3 yrs.......a horrible, politically motivated backlash against Bwood for hiring starkids......lots of horrible things are happening in the name of nationalism and Muslim phobic agendas and Bwood has a lot of big stars who are Muslims, Alia Bhatt, this actress being one of them........
As you do more reactions, you’ll see a lot of hate comments against certain actors, Salman is the biggest target and some sly agendas promoting as best and most whatever some of the mediocre actors and actresses also fandom wars.

In Bollywood the actors dont really sing but this song is beautiful n i loved the film too
one thing to know about bollywood and india, is that film music sits at the top of sales and charts the same way as pop music does. So the singers hired to do the music are among the best and most famous singers in the country. The songs kinda have to function as a part of the movie, but they also have to work as standalone songs that millions and millions of people will listen to completely out of the context of movies... So they probably want to cast the best voice possible for the song rather than just have an actor who can moderately carry a tune. Honestly, I know bollywood music far better than films. There are 100s of songs I love where I've never seen the movie or the video... The reach of the music is far beyond just being a scene in a movie. Its different than in the US, where songs from film musicals are mostly listened to by people who are lovers of musicals.

The effigy with the ten heads depicts the evil Ravana. You see him depicted earlier in the video abducting Sita, Lord Rama's wife. Lord Rama is a Hindu God (or one of the human incarnations of Lord Vishnu) who goes on an exile with his brother Lakshman and wife Sita for 14 years. So Sita gets abducted and Lord Rama rescues her and kills Ravana with the help of an army of monkeys - this event is celebrated as the festival Dusshehra all across India. They enact the whole 'Ramayana' or the epic that tells this story and such staging of the Ramayana is called 'Ramleela'. Anyway the closing of the Ramleela usually shows large effigies of Ravana being burnt to showcase the victory of good over evil. The ten heads represent ten evils like greed, lust, jealousy etc.
There is more - so twenty days after this victory, Lord Rama returns to his kingdom after the 14 yrs' completion. This occasion is celebrated as Diwali (exactly 20 days after Dusshehra) on an even grander scale across all parts of India.
