Unfortunately, the prices on many things doubled over the past 3-4 years - even yachts. I recently saw a listing for a 2007 Fleming 65 that was $2.7M... a 2007!

I have never seen so many of those signs on a boat... Not even the most expensive ones I've been on have ever had more than 2 or 3.

The Fleming 65 has been around since 2005 so I can definitely understand that sentiment.

I love its design. The only thing I may consider would be tilting the windshield windows forward. And I was unable to find out why the flybridge helm is located on the port side. Otherwise it's a beautiful ship and I love it.
