I love this new format of your videos. I like how the sightseeing video is up first. We can focus on looking around and checking things out. I would usually have to go back and rewatch the previous videos to listen to your demographics. This new way allows us to zero in and focus on the stats and not feel like you got the nickel version of the tour. You know when your parents show up at your house and you really don't want them to see what filth you have hidden away! Lol! Good call on this new format.
I live in Minneapolis. This is one of the better areas, but I am sure you would pay a lot. There is a Whole Foods right in there. The river is right there. This area is new and has a vibe of being new and "yuppie," so you won't get a lot of history and probably most people are from NYC or elsewhere, but if you are ok with that it is good.
Just a recommedation - I am 1:44 into the video and have yet to see what I came here for - pros and cons of north loop. Consider a shorter intro? Let's get to the good stuff :)
I can’t get over how chill the downtown core is. It’s more hectic and congested (and boring) in our suburb 30 miles outside of Seattle. It takes my husband 2 hours to drive those 30 miles every night. It’s completely unsustainable. 🫤
Hi Jessica, I'm in the same exact situation. I live in Snohomish county and it's a nightmare driving on down to Bellevue everyday. Me and my wife are strongly considering relocating to the twin cities. It checks all the boxes for us. Real estate is a lot more reasonable, a strong job market, all 5 professional sports, less crime, and traffic is a lot less.
Y’all are definitely not alone in making the trek from Washinhton! One of my favorite things about the twin cities is the lack of friction navigating the cities compared to so many metros, both larger and of similar size.
