Anna, I fell asleep for most of this Session,.I have been under some stress the last 2 days and I am exhausted.. However, I felt tingles with the hands on the feet and root:)!! Also, It is ironic, but when you talked about the left knee, well , my left knee is.more arthritic than my right knee which is also arthritic. I.will have to try the use of TurquoiseI stone for physically pain along with my medication:)!! I also LOVED the calming sounds of your singing bowl:)!!! Thank you for your love and relaxation:)!!!! I am sending you prayers for happiness and Sisterly love:)!!

I got so confused when I heard my native language being spoken in my headphones, definitely wasn't expecting to hear Swedish :D I usually have your videos running in the background as I find your videos very calming and relaxing, and they don't require me to think which means I can focus on working while they're playing. And since I'm taking the time to write a comment, I'll also mention that I love your videos :-) Sometimes they give me ASMR-tingles, sometimes they don't, but they're always calming and relaxing
