      Front End Development: Deals with the website's look and feel, It's all about creating a great user experience.
      Back End Development: Focuses on the server side, managing data and server logic.
      The "best" choice depends on your interest. Both are essential for building websites.

      Yes, starting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a solid foundation for web development. Regarding your laptop, considering the age and issues, investing in a new one might be more beneficial for your web development journey. It'll ensure you have reliable hardware for learning and projects.

    I've been working as a technical support engineer, from a non tech background, planning to do mca side by side, is it a good idea? I've also been learning , I've learnt HTML, CSS, js, basic SQL and some other things but I only know basics not an expert at anything rn. What should i do and what would be beneficial to learn, and should i pursue mca or just focus on learning myself? pls guide.

      It's great to see your progress! I did an MCA too, and I really found it helpful. Since you've already started learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, you're doing well.
      Think about what part of tech you like best-whether it's front-end, back-end, or full-stack development. This can help you decide if you want to keep learning on your own or do an MCA to learn more formally. Whatever you choose (depend on your goals and time frame), keep up your great work in tech!

      With 3 years at a service-based company, you’re already on a solid ground. If you have growth opportunities where you are, it might be beneficial to prepare without switching companies. However, if another service-based company offers clearer pathways or training relevant to product roles, that could also be a strategic move. Focus on building the skills that product companies value most Good luck!

      @RajeevBera  Місяць тому

      @@thensr2472 It sounds like you're facing some tough challenges. You have two options:
      First, consider resigning and seeking new opportunities ONLY IF you have a six-month financial safety net (for example, if your monthly earnings are $1K, ensure you have $6K in savings).
      Second, (I prefer this), stay at your current job and use this time to prepare for a transition to a better company.
      Remember, history shows that significant achievements often occur under tough conditions, not comfortable ones. Hope it helps and Good Luck.
