I have been calling the VA, United Way, and Veteran's Crisis Line, and EVERY phone number each have given me to call, without one person stating they can actually help. You have to be dying, suicidal, or homeless at the moment, to get any help. My landlord has threatened me with a 30 day eviction notice. It's been an endless cycle of receiving numbers to call, and never getting help. Do you know of any numbers to call that might help an old disabled Navy vet?
