I feel like the fiddle block would be easier to keep inline. Meaning, if you lost the tail through the system, it would be easier to see the route for the tail to be reinstalled. I love a 5 to 1 but I need more time with them to find consistency with operating one😊
Most fiddle blocks also have built-in progress capture. The cams are rope friendly and can be engaged or disengaged remotely.

They can be cheaper but they might have a lower working load limit
