Critical thinking is the objective analysis of facts to form a judgement. boi, he solves so slowly that changing the cube would make a very marginal difference. however,I will give him credit for using a different method than fredrich. although I think fredrich method is the best, using a different method takes more brainpower to learn.
abbyT So a Rubik’s cube happens to be one of those cases where the brand becomes so popular that the actual object becomes synonymous with it. That doesn’t mean that other brands don’t manufacture them though. The other guy was saying that Chris wouldn’t get so many “lock ups” (the jams that occur when you try to turn it but it’s not perfectly lined up with the grid) if he were using a better manufacturer than Rubiks, which in this case would be a Shensou cube.
And Shenshou have a bad reputation among other speed cube brands (but the Shengshou Fangyuan seems to be a good model). That mean performance of a genuine rubik's brand cube is way behind.
Chris Pratt has everything. The talent, the good attitude, the charming personality, and the ability to make people smile even on the worst days. What a wonderful human being. [He's also pretty cute!]
Such a cool dude... All the way back to Parks and Rec this guy is just crushing it. But give him a GAN next time. I'm sure without all the lockups he would have been at least sub 3. Also... Why can't he keep it??
ilikebanana521 Okay, but at least give him a budget speedcube. Those only cost $4 or $5 and are way better than even a Rubik’s Brand 2.0, and never even mind a 1.0
But then they realise how sad they are for spending all this time and effort on one activity, which doesn't bring them any money and has no use. They realise that Chris is a busy man who was giving 90% of his focus towards the interwew and get's no practice whatsoever ecause he's working on movies most of the time and the recreational activites he prefers include hunting and fishing and all they can do it brag about being able to turn smaller cubes on a big cube really fast.
Is it weird that I keep coming back to this video as a time reference, just because it's fun to compare my times and see where I've been getting faster, even though I'm still fairly slow for speedcubing.
For cubers (at least one who has practiced for about a year, I have about 5) this is actually really easy to do, I will often hold full conversations with people while I solve, it's just looking at one part, realizing the case/step, and then muscle memory takes it from there. Takes less than a second of focus to do it.
Lol Chris's reaction to not being able to keep the Rubiks cube.

what can this man not do
This was awesome.
Thats a Rubiks' cube lol. Look at all the lockups that he got. Give him a Shenshou AT LEAST
boi, he solves so slowly that changing the cube would make a very marginal difference. however,I will give him credit for using a different method than fredrich. although I think fredrich method is the best, using a different method takes more brainpower to learn.
Ummmmm the total says that he is going to solve a rubiks cube
abbyT So a Rubik’s cube happens to be one of those cases where the brand becomes so popular that the actual object becomes synonymous with it.
That mean performance of a genuine rubik's brand cube is way behind.
redrais so beginners is impressive
Imagine being chill enough to focus on a rubiks cube and do an interview.
Chris Pratt has everything. The talent, the good attitude, the charming personality, and the ability to make people smile even on the worst days. What a wonderful human being. [He's also pretty cute!]
Wow Chris is Genius
I love him so much
Is there anything he cant do
Fail
Eat a burger with the bun🍔
Samantha Skelly I bet he can't solve a Rubik's cube in 3 minutes while being interviewed
Eat a TV while watching a popcorn
Samantha Skelly i bet he cannot act to be a girl in a scene
Such a cool dude... All the way back to Parks and Rec this guy is just crushing it.
But give him a GAN next time. I'm sure without all the lockups he would have been at least sub 3. Also... Why can't he keep it??
they're not going to pay their life savings so that he can get a sub 3
ilikebanana521 Okay, but at least give him a budget speedcube. Those only cost $4 or $5 and are way better than even a Rubik’s Brand 2.0, and never even mind a 1.0
this is what happens when 2 chill as dudes agree to sit down together to have a fun little interview. Pleasure to watch x)
Chris Pratt is SOOO nice and energetic and OPEN with all the interviews. He is truly a one of a kind jewel of a person.
And in the distance you can hear the cubers laugh
But then they realise how sad they are for spending all this time and effort on one activity, which doesn't bring them any money and has no use. They realise that Chris is a busy man who was giving 90% of his focus towards the interwew and get's no practice whatsoever ecause he's working on movies most of the time and the recreational activites he prefers include hunting and fishing and all they can do it brag about being able to turn smaller cubes on a big cube really fast.
That moment when they call him Chris Pratt but his real name is Andy Dwyer
Dude!! The man isn't even looking at the cube
I am so gonna get laid after learning this. LOL
Daniel Ziran-Xu there are thousands of people who can solve the cube in under 10 seconds. It's called the world cube association.
I'm aware. I've organized 4 WCA competitions and am working on a 5th.
The interviewer asks really interesting and fun questions, and as always, Chris is amazing to watch. Great job!
This dude has everything. Is hilarious, kind, good looking, buff, can double task, AND can solve a rubik's cube. Any man watching this is jealous.
Funny, hot and clever = perfect! Anna is one lucky girl. =)
*was
Mad rubix cube skills
Watch rubik's cube world championships if you wanna see mad skills...
Rubik's*
Oops
hahaha i love this guy !
Is it weird that I keep coming back to this video as a time reference, just because it's fun to compare my times and see where I've been getting faster, even though I'm still fairly slow for speedcubing.
Wish I had a bud like Chris so down to earth👊🏻😎
I want Chris to go on GMM that'd be the best
Very intelligent man, I can solve ruby's cube, but not with the pression of an interview.
BTW, this is not a good R. cube, it blocks a lot.
Karma Leon No, he’s using an original Rubik’s Brand, so the lack of corner cutting leads to lock ups.
I understand it's a rubiks brand but he could probably do it faster. He would have probably do better with a thunderclap.
CarbonCrystal 2k17 considering his speed,he's fine with the branded one
Ya Paul Leal, he's not even using finger tricks
Or a MoYu Aolong V2
CarbonCrystal 2k17 the best is the moyu weilong gts2 M
abdurrahman nashit Valk
Lol his face at the end. It s so nice hearing that RDJ is looking after all of them. The interview was so fun
For cubers (at least one who has practiced for about a year, I have about 5) this is actually really easy to do, I will often hold full conversations with people while I solve, it's just looking at one part, realizing the case/step, and then muscle memory takes it from there. Takes less than a second of focus to do it.
I could solve a rubix in the same time
great job pratt!
Eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwww!!!!!!!! He's solving a RUBIKS BRAND!!!
Any cubers here?
Super Puzzles 72 he should buy gans 356 air amagnetic

Super Puzzles 72 Cringiest comment ever.
SUPER spooks one of the worst kinds out there though
He didn't do it right.
He didn't even take off one sticker

I usually just get frustrated, smash it and reassemble it the right way. It's one way of solving it.
