How to replace Alfa Romeo Brera door speakers

Is it necessary to seal the speaker or there's no chance it will leak?

If you mean moisture, no not necessary.

@@nemanja299 It does not seem to be an issue, there was no evidence that the existing speakers were water damaged, the new speaker set up is no different. The doors don't get that wet inside.

What is the depth avilable there?

Sorry, I don't know, I didn't measure it, I just made sure the new speakers didn't protrude any more than the existing.
